We Love Hosting!!! Located between Kierland and Old Town, Tres Palmeros is a 1/3 acre, 3,000 Sq Ft, 4-bedroom w/ 5 Beds, 2 1/2 -bathroom resort style home just off the 101 freeway in N Scottsdale.

The Outdoor area offers a brand new 6-person $13k Jacuzzi brand Spa, 25" Putting Green, King Memory Foam Day Bed under a gorgeous Pergola. a volleyball/badminton net, a brand new BBQ for grilling, and fire pit to enjoy under the Arizona stars.

The Indoor space was designed by Pottery Barn, CB2, and Z Gallerie. The living room offers 22 foot tall ceilings, an 8 person Pottery Barn Dining Table, wood burning fireplace, Pottery Barn Couch and game area with darts and Foosball. The massive fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers an $8K Taj Mahal Quartzite kitchen island with four bar chairs, 75" QLED television, Large pillow soft couch from Z Gallerie, wood burning fireplace, and fun LED nigh lights.

The Master Bedroom comes complete with a King sized bed, TV, and an attached master bathroom with a 6-person Jacuzzi Brand hot tub. We also have three Boho Desert themed bedrooms.
With luxurious amenities such as premium linens, fresh towels, high speed WiFi and an HDTV, our property provides all of the comforts of home without any of the hassle.

- There is one step in the home so we do not consider it wheelchair accessible
- Scottsdale passed a law that requires a sex offender background check
- Neighborhood observes quiet hours between 10pm and 6am

5 Stars For Tres Palmeras!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay in this beautifully appointed and tranquil home. The various activities made for some competitive fun when we were not out exploring Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and helpful in our communications and you can tell that he takes a lot of care and pride in his property. Truly a great place to stay!

Perfect!

Stayed here with my wife and nieces for a Christmastime getaway - what a deal! Jacuzzi was awesome and house had a ton of indoor and outdoor space. Location was ideal to check out the Frank Lloyd Wright house. My wife's favorite part was the pergola day bed - I was partial to the putting green. The nieces loved all of the gaming options but mostly the badminton and foosball. Kevin was a fantastic host that went above and beyond to make our first trip to Scottsdale wonderful. Thanks Kevin!

Amazing Property!!!

This was the perfect North a Scottsdale house for our golf vacation. It had a luxury vibe with 20 feet high ceilings, high end furniture, and cool lighting in the kitchen. We had a blast on the putting green and the jacuzzi was cranking after long days out on the golf course. Took us about 10 to 15 minutes to get to restaurants in Old Town and Kierland and was about 5 mins to Talking Stick. First time winning at a casino! The host was a responsive and the welcome package was worth the read. We did have a brief issue with the garage door but was fixed same day. Excellent golf vacation with the guys. We will be back!

Great escape from New England winter. Amazing home in great locale with all the bells & whistles!

Used the house for a family vacation over the holidays to escape the bitter cold Boston weather. The location is just off the 101 freeway and easy to find. Host supplied key code in advance and check in was a breeze. The jacuzzi was awesome! Didn't use the pool as it is not heated but we did use the badminton net and putting green in the back yard. The house has two living rooms but we mostly used the one connected to the kitchen. It has huge tv, comfy couch, and big island so that's where we spent most of our time. My daughter liked the way her room was decorated and the bed in the master was super comfy and large walk-in shower. Shout out to the host who told us about the rodeo in cave creek and the hiking trails in the McDowell mountains. Those were two things we had not planned for and really enjoyed it. Five stars all the way. Thank you VRBO!
