Very Clean apartment in prime location & breakfast

Our beautiful home is conveniently located in a thought after neighbourhood in Mid-town Toronto, close to Downtown. Easy access to both TTC bus 1 minute walk and Subway Lawrence/Yonge lines /1.4km/10min walk. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops, upscale Pusateris gourmet grocery store and Shoppers Drugmart within 2min walk. Large parks and ravines nearby, family-friendly activities.

You will be staying in lower floor of the house which is a large 1-bedroom apartment and nobody else will have access to the apartment during you stay. You will go down a flight of stairs with 8 steps.

Guests will have separate access to private suite of aprx 500 sq. ft with windows located on lower level of our home. Guests will have separate entrance to their space, accessible through the side of the building.

Separate bedroom has a big closet, dresser, and comfortable new queen size bed with a new mattress. All bed linens, pillows and towels provided.

Living space includes WiFi, TV/Netflix and dining table with plates, glasses, utensils etc.

For Breakfast: oatmeal, cereal, toast, jam, butter, milk, tea, coffee, water

Please keep in mind when booking AirBnb you are staying in someone's home and you might not get same atmosphere as a hotel. Please also note that my family living upstairs and you might occasionally hear some noise (walking down the stairs, dog etc).

Guest access Mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle available. All new white bed linens, towels, shampoo, soap available for guests.

Unit can be accessed by entering through side of the home towards the backyard.

I have seen people park on the street overnight a lot without any issues but can’t confirm that nobody hasn’t ever been ticketed or not.
