Situated in the heart of Madison Park, our 3 bedroom home is a cozy stay for families, business travelers or anyone seeking a comfy stay. All furnishings are brand new, with comfortable Helix mattresses in each bedroom. The dining room can comfortably seat 6, with plenty space in the living room for watching TV or playing games. The kitchen is fully equipped, fast Wifi, full bathroom, outdoor seating with a fire pit and BBQ. Steps away from downtown Madison Park.

Madison Park Charmer

Truly a wonderful five night stay in this charming older home. Neighborhood can’t be beat; quiet, residential setting within easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and even a local grocery store. While the home is older, the kitchen and bathroom are updated. House was super clean. The property owner was amongst the best I’ve ever dealt with; responsive and accommodating . When the hot water was acting a bit wonky one morning I contacted him and by the afternoon a new water heater had been installed!. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great, cozy, nicely finished house. Perfect for my mom and my daughter to stay nearby to our house in Madison Park over the holidays. Their only complaint was that the water in the shower didn't get very hot (I wonder if it was something with the faucet since the water was very hot everywhere else - or user error!!). Will definitely be staying here again. They loved that it was a quick 2 block walk to Starbucks!! :)

Fantastic location

Cozy house in a fabulous location, a 5 minute walk to Madison Kitchen, the best pastries in Seattle. House was super clean and on a quiet street. There is no bathroom upstairs (where two of the bedrooms are) and doesn’t have high end finishes but is good value for price.

Cleanest Pet Friendly House Ever!

We found this house on VRBO searching for the cleanest pet friendly free standing house in the central Seattle area. The entire place is freshly painted with new furniture, new bedroom carpet, new flooring, new kitchen and new bathroom. There was not a speck of dust including clean baseboards & light switches. The bedding had the wonderful smell of nothingness - not wet dog, not drier sheets, not bleach. If you are seriously sensitive to pet hair then is probably isn't the place for you because a bit of "dogginess" is inevitable. Bonus points: hair dryer with diffuser, every towel is a different color so you know which one is yours and there are enough hooks in the bathroom, very well appointed kitchen with pots and pans new enough not to be scratched! Proximity to Madison Park restaurants, shops, playground and beach are wonderful! Ryker was so easy to work with and quickly responded to all communication.

Madison Park Gem

We loved our stay! The decor is lovely and everything was clean. Communication with the host was phenominal. Easy check in, check out. We wish we had more time to just hang out at the house. 2 bedrooms were upstairs, one bedroom downstairs and the bathroom was also downstairs. The neighborhood is gorgeous and just a short walk down to quaint local shops and Madison Park.

Cute relaxing getaway in Madison Park!

If you have never been to Madison Park it is a must! the accommodation is in a perfect location - walking distance to Madison Park Beach, grocery store and restaurants. The interior decor was lovely! the home is clean and has everything that you need! the property manager is very nice and welcoming and our communication was great! there seems to be an outdoor firepit but it was covered up and the outdoor seating did not have cushions (if this were in place this place would be perfection). Great stay! highly recommend

Very comfortable and well equipped home away from home. It is important to know that 2 bedrooms are upstairs and one on the ground floor (as is the bathroom).

Better than home

My octogenarian parents say their ground floor bedroom was very comfortable. Everyone slept well on comfy beds (5 of us). We enjoyed the relaxing environment of the quiet neighborhood between noisy, urban adventures. The house had the right amount of necessary items and a tea/coffee station which became my go-to for getting energized for busy outings. It's really beautiful how an old home has been made fresh.
