Come enjoy our fun little house on the Flathead River, 20 minutes from Glacier!

Adorable little 1 bedroom house in a phenomenal location! River’s Edge Cottage is located only a 20 minute drive from Glacier National Park and 10 minutes from Whitefish! Located directly across the street from River’s Edge Park on the Flathead River. This park holds 30+ acres of open space, walking trails, river access and a fishing pond stocked with Montana Brook trout (Montana fishing license required)! A short walk up the hill brings guests to Columbia Falls’ wonderful downtown shops, bakeries and restaurants, groceries, pickleball, you name it! We love this little old house and have put a lot of care and effort in making it a nice home away from home. We are so excited to share our little gem of a house with you and all it has to offer!

Great location. Very close to Main Street and about 20 minutes from glacier national Park West entrance. It was clean and well stocked. Perfect for what we needed.

We didn’t actually stay here. We arrived and very quickly decided not to stay and made last minute arrangements to stay elsewhere. The house had an odor - not sure what it came from - maybe it was just musty smelling but we couldn’t figure out what it was from. I don’t have a great sense of smell and it was the next day before I quit smelling it. The bed didn’t look comfortable either. We booked the house due to positive ratings and comments. We have booked several VBRO’s and have never had an issue but this one didn’t work out.

Rivers Edge was a perfect stop on our road trip! Very comfortable and safe! This tiny home was stocked with everything you need! I loved the park across the street and walk to the beautiful river! Perfect location for touring Glacier National Park! Can I just say that we loved this place!

Cute house, very clean. Had everything needed and close to Glacier. Courtney was very responsive, left a sweet note and flowers when I told her our 2021 Audi had transmission go out and we had to purchase new vehicle. Would stay here again.

Prime Location

Really loved the location. Across the street from a lovely park with trail to river edge. Well groomed. Appears very safe & cleanThe house is older & has had updates but the original character is evident. Honestly we did not cook there, use the tv, or the ac. There is a nice historic street with coffee, grocery and other shops nearby. Communication with owners was prompt and clear.

Loved it

This cozy house is so comfortable and warm. With a great kitchen and shower!! It close to Glacier National Park and we were able to visit both the west and east sides during our stay!I would highly recommend this great little house.

Best time

This cute house was the perfect location for our stay! It had everything we needed. It was right across from the beautiful River's Edge Park which was a great place to walk our dog. Check in was easy and it's close to Glacier National Park.

Great Stay

This little house is just what was described. It was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and a good location for exploring Glacier National Park from the west side. The host was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place.

Babymoon to Glacier NP

The place was just what we were looking for during our Babymoon to Glacier NP. We loved being right down the road from Flathead River. We were only about 25 minutes away from the West Entrance to Glacier National Park, 10 minutes to downtown Whitefish and walking distance to Columbia Falls restaurants and stores. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the shower pressure was great, just what we needed to come back to after a day of hiking the park. It was so nice to have the ability to make our own coffee, breakfast and lunches to pack with us for the day. The neighbors were quite. I would recommend staying here if you're looking to explore Glacier National Park or any of the surrounding areas.

Great Stay in Columbia Falls

The house is perfectly sized for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We used it as a base for Glacier NP, an easy 20-minute drive away. Columbia Falls has great restaurants and shops, and Whitefish is a short drive away for additional options. The city park right across the street is very impressive for such a small town. The hosts were great, we would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay

We rented to attend the music festival in Whitefish and it had everything we needed. It's small, but plenty of room if you just need a place to spend the night. Great communication and accommodation from the host when we got to town a little earlier than expected!

The perfect getaway

My now husband and I booked here for our elopement in Glacier. The proximity to the park was incredible. The downtown area is adorable as well and this place is so much more spacious on the inside than you would think. I would 100% recommend this bnb to anyone and everyone.

Dog friendly

Property was clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and restroom. We brought our medium size golden doodle. There is a beautiful dog friendly park right across the street from the property.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Glacier National Park

What a great location when visiting Glacier National Park. The host was very responsive to our messages and fixing an issue that came up during our stay. We ate out twice at restaurants near the house, and they were both delicious. My other favorite part of the house is that it was right next to a big gorgeous park where you can go walk, fish at a pond if you’d like, and hang out right next to a river!

Cozy cabin, Perfect location: peaceful and convenient!

Beautiful property, perfect size for our small family to stay! Convenient and peaceful location tucked away in Columbia Falls. So many local restaurants, stores, and parks to walk or bike to
only about 20 minutes drive to Glacier Park or Kalispell. So much to do! Our hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns, and it was helpful to have some guidance from local residents.

"Home-Away-From-Home"

GREAT LOCATION - The town of Columbia Falls is not bougie 
and that appeals to me. There are several close-by restaurants, pubs and grills to chose from. Located close to trail heads in Glacier Park and in National Forests (without being marooned in the boondocks) 
the “cottage” is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. - Three grocery stores were in the vicinity. - The kitchen was sufficiently appointed. - Bed was comfortable. - Bathroom did what bathrooms are supposed to do. - The hosts were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect Location for Glacier Trip

This property was the perfect location for our trip to Glacier National Park. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was convenient for Glacier and Whitefish. Courtney was an excellent host and we would stay here again if we return to the area.
