This place was amazing, the stairs are tuff if you are not use too them an the kids love too walk up and down, this is hands down been the best stay I’ve ever had here in Arkansas!

Fabulous location near downtown!

We had a lovely stay at the Bourdain! The themed place was fun. The beds were comfy. It was easy to keep the temperature comfortable. The perfect place for us to get to all of our wedding events and come back to quiet.

This was the perfect location. Close to the square and everything we wanted to do. The house/apartment, had tons of "extras" that made our stay great.

The place was very nice. 18 steps up to living area but that was fine for us. They supplied dishwasher and laundry soap, and even had good quality toilet paper, nice little extras.

Amazing property and location

Absolutely perfect property for this mountain biking family!!! Close enough to ride to the trails and walking distant to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We will definitely be booking this property again for our next trip. Communication was great, check in and out so easy!! Place was so clean, well decorated and comfortable.

Beautiful decor, close to everything and dog friendly

Love everything about this two story rental. Eating establishments and parks very close walking distance...across the street but yet still in a neighborhood. Downtown Bentonville a short walk as well. Host was quick to respond and a delight. Will stay they again and hopefully soon.

Our stay at The Bourdain

Our place was clean with all the amenities. Loved having a washer and dryer. Kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. However, we didn’t use the kitchen at all. We ate out every meal. Lots of eating places within walking distance. Went to Tavola Trattoria for some great lasagna and walked a block to the Pedaler’s Pub for some wood fired pizza. This place is in a very good location. Every one we came in contact with was very friendly. Eureka Springs is not far away. It’s a very scenic drive.

Good location but areas of improvement.

Pros - great location for walking distance to the square and restaurants but there is construction right across the street so you will hear them during the day - really clean and comfortable beds - nice unit with convenient street parking - fun theme - good and very responsive property manager Cons - bad wifi, it goes in and out a lot so be careful if you want to work from home and attend meetings - shower runs out of hot water super quick (less than 5 minutes) - can tell lots of dogs have stayed so be aware if you have allergies - could not figure out how to get the TV to play mainstream cable like nfl games - construction noise - washer smells moldy - if you stay in winter expect to use space heaters because the central air doesn’t work well It’s a nice place if location is your top concern. Just be aware there are some challenges in the unit and construction right across the street.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that we are working with the local operations manager to minimize the noise as much as possible. Regarding the wifi issue, we're sorry to hear that it was unreliable during your stay. We've recently upgraded our wifi system to ensure a stronger and more stable connection for all our guests. We hope this will provide a better experience for future guests. We're also sorry to hear about the shower issue. We're currently investigating ways to address this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. We understand your concerns about the dog allergies and will make sure to clean the home thoroughly before your arrival. We'll also provide additional air filters to help alleviate any allergies. Lastly, we're sorry to hear that you couldn't figure out how to play mainstream cable channels. We'll provide clear instructions on how to operate the TV and ensure that all channels are working properly. We hope to get the chance to host you again.

The heater didn't work well so we were quite cold. And the mattresses were bad. Also, TV channels were terrible: We couldn't even watch the Academy Awards, which millions of others saw!

Fantastic location and condo!

The condo is close to everything and has ample parking out front on street. The two bedrooms are downstairs and that is helpful with luggage. Kitchen is awesome, so much room and loads of kitchenware and appliances. Love the washer/dryer. WiFi is strong and the unit is flooded with light. Decor is very on trend and the beds are super comfy with plenty of extra blankets (it was cold a few nights) and pillows. Baths are clean and new and well supplied. Complex and neighborhood are really quiet for being in up and coming neighborhood. Communication with management company was very clear, so no issues with check in or out, very professional. Thank you!

Great location in Bville

The Bourdain is in a great spot in the middle of Bentonville. Plenty to walk/bike to. The layout is unique with the bedrooms on ground level and kitchen/living space upstairs. Beds were comfortable, bathroom spaces small but functional. Great set up for coffee!

The Bourdain is fantastic!

The property was immaculate, parking was right outside and it was easy to walk to Crepes Paulette for breakfast and the Preacher's Son for dinner. We discovered (by accident, looking for the clothes closet) a leak in the hot water heater- the management company responded immediately and fixed the issue. I would definitely stay here again,
