Sequoia Heights is a 1400 sq ft pet free & smoke free cabin with a modern feel. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 queen beds. Perched on a hill, it has gorgeous views of the mountains & sunsets. From the second story deck, you can hear & see the Main Fork of the Kaweah River. Sequoia Heights is located 10 minutes from the town of Three Rivers. Please be aware: Pets are not allowed &Smoking is not allowed.
The space
Sequoia Heights is a lovely, 1,400 square foot 2 story cabin home. It has central air conditioning and heating. The home also has a clean, simple, modern feel, that has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, where you can get a peaceful night's sleep after spending your day traveling or exploring the park. Unwind in its cozy living room, utilize our complimentary WiFi, and although we do not provide cable TV, you may watch complimentary Netflix, or watch a movie from the provided DVD collection. Prepare a full meal in the kitchen that is stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cooking utensils, cooking oils, condiments, spices, pots and pans, baking tray, casserole pan, and appliances, such as a rice cooker, toaster, blender, coffee grinder, and an electric water kettle, as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave, and electric stove & oven. Make yourself some tea or coffee with the option of 3 methods, via Pour Over, French Press, or a drip coffee maker. We provide the coffee beans and grinder, the creamer, and the sugar. Do you need to wash some clothing? Please feel free to use the new washing machine and dryer, located in the laundry room. We provide the laundry detergent. There is a half bathroom located downstairs, with 2 access doors, one access door being from the downstairs bedroom, making it a convenient access for those staying in that bedroom. There is also a full bathroom located in the upstairs hallway. Shampoo, conditioner, or a 3-1 soap is supplied. Enjoy the beautiful views from the second story deck morning, afternoon or night. The second story deck is the place to see gorgeous sunsets, exercise your stargazing under the open skies, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We do provide a telescope to assist you in your stargazing, if you wish to utilize.

WHAT ELSE DO WE PROVIDE?
We cover your Occupancy Taxes!
Unlike many other hosts who charge guests an additional (and separate) amount for occupancy taxes and fees for their county, we choose not to do that! Instead, as a courtesy to our guests, we absorb the occupancy taxes for our guests. This way, guests only have our nightly rate and cleaning fee that we charge, and NO additional charge for occupancy taxes. We love hosting and hospitality and this is one we really like to show it!

SOMETHING THAT MAKES US SPECIAL-
We live in the area and manage everything ourselves! We do not use a property management company to manage this property.
We do all of our own communication, management, and are part of every cleaning and inspection process.

From start to finish, guests have us personally involved so we can provide a quality experience for our guests!

*Guests must be able to climb stairs. There are exterior and interior stairs.

CHILD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
*Due to the following features, we have some child safety requirements for guests who have children. If you choose to book, by booking, you are agreeing to our requirements. The features and requirements are explained here:
There are very high decks. Please review listing pictures. We point these features out to those who have small children can evaluate if the home would be a good fit for them and their family. If parents decide it is a good fit and decide to book, parents must follow these rules:

1. Small children are to be supervised on indoor and outdoor staircases.

2. Children are to be supervised on the deck at all times, and if the child, or children, are very young, children need to be in their parent's arms.

3. Never any climbing on railings or on outdoor furniture.

Again, by booking, parents are agreeing to our child safety requirements and commit to adhering to them.

GROUP SIZE--
Although we prefer to keep the group size to 4 people, we know that some families have more than 4 in it, so please message us if you do happen to have more than 4 in your family and we will see if we can accommodate you. There is an additional $50 per extra person, per night. Please see additional information below in the house rules section.

Please Note: ONLY AT&T Cellular service works in the majority of Three Rivers and at the home. We do provide WiFi and a landline for calls within the United States. Verizon works midway through the town of Three Rivers, before cutting out.
