The Garden Suite is a one bedroom suite. This beautiful space offers a queen bedroom, a spacious dining room and living room with a queen sleeper sofa for two children under 10, a charming gas stove to heat the unit, a foodie-equipped kitchen, a modern renovated bathroom with rain shower and heated floors, and a private front porch shaded by an old maple tree. Centrally located in the main town of Picton, wine country is 20 minutes away by car in all directions. Stock the wine fridge with Prince Edward County famous Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. Make a family dinner in our fully renovated chef's kitchen from the farm stands and markets in the area (and please make use of our kitchen garden in the summer months).Fantastic pubs featuring live music and local craft beer, an indie bookstore and local artist galleries are just some of what you will find a stone's throw from our backyard. The famous beaches of Prince Edward County and the stunning dunes of Sandbanks Provincial Park are a fifteen minute drive away and we offer you beach towels and a beach bag to make the most of your vacation. Please note that linens for the sofa bed must be requested in advance as it is not left made up. High chair and pack and play available upon request. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
