About the Home:
With high-end amenities like voice-controlled lighting and music plus a private backyard with a heated pool and spa, this luxury rental allows you to live like the Hollywood elite. Glass walls open up the home to the beautiful outdoor areas, complete with an expansive patio, pool, spa, and stunning views of the canyon, mountains, and city.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully decorated with the utmost attention to detail. All the bedrooms are equipped with high-quality linens and plush pillows, along with flat-screen Smart TVs and large windows. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a private balcony with spectacular views, and a nook in front of the wall-mounted gas fireplace, which extends into the open ensuite bathroom. Soak your worries away in the expansive tub, which sits right in front of the fireplace and a big window with glorious views. There’s also a massive walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, dual vanities, a separate throne room, and a spacious walk-in closet to store all of your belongings.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, high ceilings, and a private balcony with incredible views. There’s also a large closet plus an ensuite bath, complete with a deep tub and large rain showerhead.

The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxe, glassed-in shower with dual shower heads. The fourth bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, soaring ceilings, direct access to the outdoor area, and a small patio with a hammock. The home has one additional half bath, conveniently located off the main living space.

KITCHEN & DINING
The modern kitchen is the perfect space for whipping up your favorite meals. This room is fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, and large refrigerator and freezer. The deep sink and spacious countertops provide ample space for food preparation with a flat-screen Smart TV mounted on the wall. There’s a breakfast bar in the kitchen with seating for two.

As you make your way over to the dining area, you can make a stop at the bar cart, complete with basic tools and ingredients for mixing cocktails. The dining area features a small table for four, flooded with natural light and you can combine the indoor and outdoor living.

LOUNGE
The lounge space is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The plush sofas and armchairs invite you to sink in and relax, while the tall ceilings and large windows add a feeling of grandeur to the room. Curl up on the couch in front of the flat-screen Smart TV and stream your favorite shows.

OUTDOOR AREA
Open the glass wall, step outside, and take in the breathtaking views of the canyon from the property’s incredible outdoor space.
After a long day in the city, return home and unwind in the spa or cool off in the pool. Spend lazy afternoons soaking up the sun on one of the comfortable loungers.

Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.

-Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

Nice property. Only issue was the location. Driveway is a steep, long, turns hill. Very difficult to drive up driveway, and even harder to get down. Very clean, and hosts were great

While it takes a little while to get up the winding hill, the house is well located not far from freeway in one direction and restaurants and stores in the other. Close to many good Hollywood restaurants.
