Wedding Event

At 1st Glance it is a HIDDEN GEM
 not clean front yard and especially the back yard
 there was a dead cock roach inside the fridge
 and overall the inside of the home was clean. The home is by far the most comfortable roomy place I’ve ever stayed in ARKANSAS. My dad loved loved loved the place and didn’t care of how unclean the outside front or back yard areas were. The house was truly a welcoming home filled environment
 my dad Father’s Day weekend was a success as he love the house sooo much it made us all extra happy! So thank you for such wonderful experience!

Large property for groups

The house is large and accommodates a large group but you can tell only certain things have been upgraded. The floors were not clean and there was an odor in one of the restrooms. The towels and bedding were very low quality and no wash cloths were available or top sheets on the beds. The oven was not working and we found ants in the kitchen. The cookware was also in bad shape although the appliances were new. However, the location was convenient to downtown and our group made the best of the stay.

It’s an older house but with plenty of amenities, the host was awesome at responding plenty of space and close to downtown I would recommend booking here

Perfect house for a family gathering

It’s an older home with some newer renovations. Large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of six. The back yard is amazing! The host was very responsive and communicative.

Perfect location

Property was older, but clean and just perfect for location and stay for our Santa Gertrude’s cattle nationals at the Fair grounds. Property owner was awesome to work with. Everything perfect.

Nursing School Graduation

My family and I traveled from Northwest Arkansas to Little Rock for my nursing school graduation with UAMS. I needed to find a house that could accommodate 9 people and this home was spacious enough for all of us. This house is older but definitely has charm and character. Everyone’s favorite part of the house was the backyard! It was so big and great for entertaining. The owners were so quick to communicate and very friendly. They were understanding when a piece of wood came off on one of the beds when my father sat down. Overall great home, location, and owners! Thank you for everything!

Birthday stay

This is my second year staying at this property and I absolutely love it. It so comfy it feels like home. The owner is great at communicating and answering any questions or concerns you have. I’d definitely book again. The neighborhood is pretty much quiet though it’s on a main road. Parking is pretty decent.. i recommend renting this property as long as you’re going to respect their property.

Not as expected

So here’s the problem about this VRBO. 2 smoke detectors have been removed and there are just bare wires hanging. The gas hot water heater is in the kitchen and there is no carbon monoxide detector. There is intermittently a small of gas near the water heater. The shower in the front bathroom leaks all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway behind. There were no sheets on the bed in the back bedroom and no spare sheets anywhere to use for it. Good thing Sarah alerted me that there were no top sheets so I packed sheets. Overall it is really spacious and the kitchen nicely equipped A helpful hint for the VRBO host. All ceiling lights are controlled by remote and wall switches don’t work. It is pretty confusing so instructions would be helpful
