A short 0.1-mile walk leads you to the public beach access at Cotton Bayou, allowing you and your family to feel the sand between your toes in just about 5 minutes! Your balcony affords an unobstructed view of the beach, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a refreshing evening beverage while witnessing a breathtaking Gulf Coast sunset.

Inside this delightful condo, a cozy living room welcomes you, featuring a large Smart TV complete with cable and streaming options for your entertainment during gatherings with loved ones to enjoy your favorite movie or TV show. The dining area offers seating for 4 at the dining table, conveniently located adjacent to a well-appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a snack or a feast for your family and friends. Located next to the kitchen you will find a full-size washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs.

The king suite features a private bath with a tub/shower combo as well as access to the private balcony. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV complete with cable, and free High-Speed Internet is provided throughout the home.

Parking registration is required for onsite parking. A valid email address and mobile number are required for registration. We will complete the registration for you, and you will receive an email containing a link to register and pay for your parking registration.

Bring your bikes! You're just steps away from the Gulf State Park walking/biking trails allowing you and your family to enjoy the beauty of your surroundings while enjoying a bike ride. Bikes can be stored in the garage onsite. Parking passes are required, and you will have assigned parking space(s). There is also a boat launch within walking distance, but boat trailers may not be parked on the resort grounds.

All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly Rentals must be booked directly with Gold Star Vacation Rentals.
