disappointing stay
The house had great potential but unfortunately we had several issues throughout the stay -paid to have pool heated and showed up the first day and it was frigid, when we reached out the owner said it was heated to 85 but there was no way and shortly after we reached out the heaters turned on so I am assuming they just turned the on then - The dishwasher was broken and so we spent the whole trip handwashing all the dishes for a group of 10 including 6 kids (1 an infant) which was not enjoyable - The batteries in 2 of the TV remotes were dead and there were no replacement batteries so we had to play âmusical batteriesâ rotating batteries depending on the TV we were using - They had 2 propane tanks and one was empty and one ran out after about 3 min of having our steaks on the grill leaving us trying to figure out dinner. They did bring another tank but our kids were hungry and annoyed waiting for dinner - The solar lamps around the pool were all broken - They only provided us with 1 roll of paper towels for a week so we had to purchase more -the ice machine on the fridge did not work we reached out to the host several times requesting they help with some sort of compensation for the frustrations with no response. We would have not booked this house if we had known about all of these things which is very frustrating
