This property is false advertising
Upon arriving at the house, I was immediately met with an oppressive heat as I walked through the door. It was unbearably hot, far from the VRBO experience I had been promised. To add to the disappointment, the pool was disgustingly dirty, rendering it unusable. I had specifically requested and paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated, but to my dismay, they were left cold and unusable as well. As I inspected one of the rooms, I found it in complete disarray, with a torn-apart bed and trash strewn about. It appeared that the place had not been occupied in quite some time. Nevertheless, I tried to remain optimistic and decided to turn on the air conditioning, only to discover that it was not functioning at all.
To make matters even worse, during the night, one room in the house suddenly became freezing cold, with the temperature automatically set to 82 degrees. No matter what I did, it would not revert to a comfortable temperature. This house should not be listed as it is, and the owner should be held accountable for lying, To make matters worse, the house turned out to be in a different location than originally specified, causing significant inconvenience to our planned meetings and activities. We found ourselves a frustrating 45 minutes away from our intended destination, with no working air conditioning and an increasing realization of how many stairs we had to climb. Exhausted from my flight from New York. I can go on but this was a complete disaster
