You'll be grateful for this cute studio apartment that is waiting for you in the charming neighborhood of Historic Downtown, Napoleon. Newly and completely renovated with a tasteful kitchen, bathroom and all amenities needed, it is set on the first floor of a beautiful Victorian home.

Located just blocks from the local coffee shop, restaurants, a winery and several quaint shops as well as the nearby Maumee River you are central to everything that is going on in charming Napoleon, Ohio. Stroll a few blocks nearby to take in the stunning period architecture, go hiking on the trails that border the Maumee River, or just relax on the house's giant, wraparound porch and watch the world go by. You can cook inside with the mini-kitchen or check out the iconic Spengler's Restaurant just a short walk away.

This studio balances history with modern luxury and it is great for a weekend away from the City or someone staying in town for a stretch. Come. You'll be grateful you stayed.

The Grateful Bed was the perfect size for me to stay the holiday weekend. It's centrally located in Historic downtown Napoleon. Cute decorations. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet.

Great Experience

Check in process was very easy, the walking distance to downtown Napoleon was even better as we could get coffee and dinner without having to drive. Perfect spot for those visiting family in town.

The room was amazing and exactly what we needed for our four day stay! Bed was comfortable, had a kitchenette to get light groceries and prepare small meals, dinette table, couch and tv, split a/c worked perfectly, and the shower was superb! The house has a wrap around porch that we used frequently to sit out and watch people walking by. Close proximity to really good restaurants, shop, and winery. I would highly recommend and look forward to using again when we return this fall! Thanks again, Gina!!

Check in was really easy, with clear instructions. This is a gem!! So clean and cozy. In a safe location. 2 blocks from town and restaurants, an easy walk. Host (Gina) is very responsive, and answers quickly. When back in Napolean, I will be booking this again.

We are from the Mojave Desert in California and found this beautiful Victorian property in 2022. It was a labor of love and we got lots of wonderful local people involved in the adventure. After decades of neglect and a little abuse, we took 6 apartments and got to work to bring back the beauty and charm. We think we did a pretty darn good job. People love staying with us. And that porch. What a great way to end your day. Sitting on the porch, sipping a coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night. It's a lovely property. We're proud of it and welcome you to come and enjoy it.

This neighborhood is on the edge of the charming historic downtown Napoleon. You can walk to restaurants, brewery, winery, convenience stores, vintage shopping, Library, Post Office and so much more. Walk around the historic neighborhood and see the amazing victorian properties. Or walk to the Tow trail and take a hike along the river. A great neighborhood.
