Welcome to Steel View! This luxurious and private duplex offers stunning views of downtown Pittsburgh, entertainment rooms, and large dedicated work spaces. This two bedroom two bathroom home is nestled in the hills of Southside slopes next to Mount Washington and is 2 minutes from downtown and 5-10 minutes from all major hospitals. Enjoy time on your three private decks and patio overlooking the city or go for a hike on the Emerald View hiking trails right from your front door.

Nice house in a great location. Views of the city are amazing. Very easy drive to downtown from the house. Loved the projector and movie setup. Was fun to watch movies at night before going to bed. Dylan is a great host and communication was great. He even shoveled us out so we could get on with our day.

My family and I had an excellent stay. The home was very nice, the host was very helpful, and the view was incredible! If you are looking for a rental that is close to everything but gives you the opportunity to get away from the busy city for some relaxation, this is your place.

Perfect family home

My family and I traveled to Pittsburgh for a small family gathering and we found Dylan's home to be perfect. Location was awesome, offering incredible views of the city. It was also easy to access any major roads or highways in only minutes from the home. We also enjoyed the free arcades which kept the kids busy, along with having a bedroom set up for the kids with four beds and a projector. Lastly, any time we ran into issues, be it lantern flies or accessing the upstairs balcony, Dylan was responsive within minutes. This was an overall great stay and would recommend it to others.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay in Pittsburgh! The view was truly gorgeous – we couldn't get enough of it. The location was also perfect for exploring the city; everything we wanted to see and do was so easily accessible. What made our stay even better was the unique charm of the place itself – it had a character all its own. And a huge thank you to our host, Dylan! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable Pittsburgh experience!

Guys trip

My friends and I take an annual boys trip. Weve done everything from whitewater rafting to renting pontoons and lake houses. This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. The pictures looked too good to be true but the house was better than the pictures. Super helpful hosts, spotless cleanliness, every comfort possible. If we ever come back to Pittsburgh I wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else.

March 2024 Visit

4 adults visited to attend a sporting event. View from the living room & deck are stunning. Nice large kitchen and off-street parking was a bonus. Convenient location to get downtown (5 mins) North Shore (10 min). Would stay again.

The best view

Place was super clean and the view is amazing has great parking and Dylan is great responds super fast.. Really pleased with the stay will definitely book in the future again .

View from the deck was amazing of the city of Pittsburgh. Location was the best short drive to many Pittsburgh attractions. Host was very responsive.

Fantastic Weekend

I spent the weekend here with a group of friends in town and we all had an incredible weekend at Dylan’s property. The decks are wonderful to use and offer an incredible view of the city skyline. Plus, you are never too far of a drive away from the city and grabbing an Uber is also just as easy. Dylan was a great host and was there if there was anything that we needed. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a place to stay with a great outdoor space that this is the place to go!
