This peaceful family home is ready to welcome you to beautiful Spring Hill, TN! You'll be minutes from anything you may need, fast freeway access and still in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Do you have kids you need to keep an eye on? Then the large, fully fenced backyard with patio table and chairs, gravel fire pit area, charcoal grill etc will be perfect for you! Teens who want their own space? Stick them upstairs in the room with king bed, comfy chairs, couch, tv etc. Little ones? The two smaller bedrooms downstairs with twin beds, small table and chairs will fit them just right. And of course the cozy master bedroom with full ensuite and walk-in closet is ready to welcome you after a long day out. The dining table with 6 chairs will fit your family with ease, and three bar chairs at the large island will give you more seating flexibility if needed. Two extremely comfortable sofas in the living room rock and recline for the ultimate relaxation, and you can see right through the open floorplan dining/kitchen area into the serene sunroom with sofa, games and small seating area. There's room for 2-3 cars in the driveway, electronic door lock for your ease of use, and wifi throughout the home. Living room and upstairs TV's have Rokus so you can log into your streaming accounts.
