After an extensive renovation, we are delighted to share the listing of our 2 bedroom plus den UPGRADED condo in Desert Falls. After many years of being a Premier host in a 2 bedroom rental, we have upgraded to a wonderful 2 bedroom plus den property and look forward to welcoming more visitors to our Desert oasis. This ground floor, expansive condo has an open layout. Very private- no one above or below you!

Amazing Location on Golf Course + Deluxe Renovation + Tasteful Furnishings + Large Patio + Bright and Airy + Western Mountain Views + Close to Pool and Hot Tub


The Villa features high, vaulted ceilings with custom beams and carpentry. Deluxe kitchen with new appliances, quartz counter tops and new cabinetry. The 1800+ square foot layout is a rare, one level duplex in Desert Falls. Two bedroom plus a large office/den.

Each bedroom is spacious with an ensuite bathroom, king bed, walk in closet and fine furnishings. Primary bedroom has a slider to the patio and amazing view of the golf course and mountains. The bathroom includes a walk in shower and deluxe soaker tub.

Second bedroom is nicely located away from the main living space offering privacy. The bathroom has a large walk in shower.

A spacious den has a desk, bookcase. Comfortable space for remote work. Roll out queen sleeper sofa.


Living room room features a great view to the 8th tee box, slider to patio, Frame TV, fireplace, bar area with beverage fridge. Dining area has a high end walnut table with mid century modern inspired chairs. The villa’s design and finishings have all been curated to reflect a relaxing, deluxe California vibe.


THE KITCHEN! Stunning new kitchen is a highlight of the home. Featuring new custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, gas stove, high top table with stools. It is completely outfitted with high end kitchenware for cooking and entertaining.

Patio has a beautiful table with built in fire pit, seating for six and new gas barbeque. Chaise lounge and table and chair. Very private. POOL and HOT TUB located a very short distance. One of the best pools in Desert Falls!

Desert Falls offers tennis, pickleball, golf, 32 pools and hot tubs. Renters have access to the recreational facilities. Desert Falls Country Club is a highly regarded golf course with public access.

Two bikes available for your use. This is a wonderful vacation rental in a highly desired gated community with excellent facilities and a friendly atmosphere.

This condo was as excellent as advertised. The kitchen was well-equipped and with new appliances and plenty of silverware, utensils, and supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms as well. The host was very helpful and responsive. The location is excellent and convenient. Would highly recommend this condo for a wonderful place to stay in Palm Desert.

The property was accurately pictured on the VRBO site. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary utensils and cookware. Main bedroom bed was firm and very comfortable. View from back patio of the #8 tee box and the mountains in the background made morning coffee a joy. Apart from the quality of the property, the host was extremely attentive to any issues that arose. Communication was immediate and clear. This made the stay all the more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in this Palm Desert condo. The hosts were so welcoming and very responsive. The condo was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in - we could have hosted a gourmet dinner party if we were so inclined. There were even fresh flowers on the dining table. The condo is even nicer than it appears in photos, and extremely clean. Great views of the golf course, and a lovely patio. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again ourselves.

Desert Falls

The condo was beautifully remodeled with an extremely well stocked kitchen. The complex has pickleball and tennis available and access to the 18 hole golf course.We couldn’t have been happier there.

Wonderful

This property is a spacious and attractive place for a desert vacation. It is very well furnished and supplied with appliances, utensils, bedding etc. The owners were easy to contact for the few minor questions we had. We also found the location to be very convenient for access to the many attractions throughout the valley.

Gorgeous, light and spacious 1 story condo with views

The newly remodeled property is perfect for sharing with friends. The kitchen is huge and fully appointed. You can watch the golfers tee off on the 8th hole while enjoying Mountain views. The neighborhood is quiet, conveniently located and very secure. The host is easy to reach and communicates well.

Great Palm Desert Property

Our first impression upon arrival in the property was very impressive. It actually surpassed the pictures in the VRBO listing. The newly renovated unit is beautiful. The kitchen layout is very functional and had all the necessary kitchen items for cooking and storage. The main bathroom was very spa-like and the guest bathroom and powder room were very nicely renovated/decorated. The location within the community is near to one of the main entrances. We also really appreciated the western facing view from the lanai as well as being right near the 8th hole tee-off. The location of the community is very close to all the amenities you would need for food, shopping and golfing.The owner did a great job to provide all of the necessary info for us to enjoy our stay and all the essential necessities were well stocked. Additionally, the response time by the owner to our queries/concerns was acceptable.The only things that would have made our stay even better would have been some form of black-out blinds or curtains in the master bedroom which would have made sleeping much better and doors to the master bathroom would have been better for privacy. Overall, taking the entire experience into consideration, we highly recommend renting this property when vacationing in the Palm Springs area.

Our rental is always updated, clean and the absolute best! In 2022, we purchased a larger condo and completely renovated it to the highest standard.
