Welcome to the most beautiful street in the Old town of Ljubljana. The location is unique and prefect to fell the city vibe! An early morning coffee down Ljubljanica river, a relaxing walk to the City castle, Botanic garden or just to stroll along the Sunday antique flea market. We offer you a spacious studio in the ground floor of an old bourgeois house.
All the sights are within the walking distance and if you don't feel like sightseeing, all the best restaurants in Ljubljana are just around the corner! Whether youâre here to work, relax, or explore, itâs the perfect base for your stay in the city.â
The space
We offer you a spacious studio in the ground floor of an old bourgeois house. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the equipment you might need during your stay (refrigerator, hob, kettel, coffee machine, dishes, plates). The dinning area has 4 chairs, there's a modern sofa and a European double size bed. Flat screen TV with more than 150 programs and a 24/7 free WIFI. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and a hair dryer. Before you arrive we take care of clean bed linen and fresh towels. You have the entire apartment for yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on the day of your check out. Tourist tax in Ljubljana is 3,13âŹ/person/day.

Our apartment is nestled in the heart of Ljubljanaâs charming old town. Youâll love waking up to cobblestone streets lined with colorful cafes and boutique shops. I enjoy starting my mornings with a coffee at the little bakery just around the corner, and in the evenings, I love strolling along the river promenade while watching street musicians. The neighborhood is lively yet peaceful at night, and everything you needâgroceries, restaurants, and cultural sitesâis just a short walk away. Itâs my favorite part of the city, and I think youâll feel right at home here too.
