Escape to summer in Crested Butte South and enjoy the best of mountain living. This inviting ranch offers a private hot tub for unwinding after long days outdoors, with quick access to hiking, biking, and open space. Just a short ride to the Town of Crested wButte for restaurants, shops, and lift access, plus convenient proximity to the bus line for easy, car-free exploring.

This VRBO is a spacious 2-bedroom plus den/office (≈1300 sqft) single-level home in Crested Butte South—just 10 minutes from town and 15 minutes from Mt. Crested Butte. Steps from Cement Creek Road, you’ll have easy access to fishing, hiking, biking, and dirt biking trails. Almont’s famous fishing is 20 minutes away, and Gunnison (30 minutes) offers great mountain biking at Hartman Rocks.

Comfort & Outdoor Living
Built in 2016, the home sits on a flat lot with no stairs. Enjoy coffee on the front deck or backyard, then unwind after a day outdoors with drinks, sunshine, and mountain views. The private hot tub is perfect year-round.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two bedrooms feature a king and queen bed, plus a large den with bunk bed and desk. All beds have premium Helix memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep. There are two full bathrooms—one en suite with a soaking tub—stocked with toiletries, towels, and essentials.

Cozy Living & Entertainment
Relax in the living room by the high-efficiency wood-burning fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV with Chromecast. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, with spices, appliances, and plenty of storage.

How was very well stocked. Did not even have to buy TP, paper towels or any soaps, etc. House is as advertised. Very clean. If you have a Yukon XL or suburban (mine is a 2022) it is too long for the garage and won’t fit.

Great location and house for your trip to Crested Butte

We loved our stay from the convenience of the shuttles to CB, the ski resort, and elsewhere to the comfort of the home and hot tub for a group of 6. The house is beautiful and has everything you should need. It is also across the street from a park and the shuttle pick up/drop off as well

Adorable Home!

Our family enjoyed staying at this adorable CB South house and the location right across from the soccer fields could not have been more perfect for our dog, but the landscaped backyard with cozy seating was a true sanctuary. Cute and efficient, the house was perfect for four adults and we found it well-stocked and very comfortable for our stay. Lisa, our host, was attentive and a great host! Would stay again!!

Crested Butte Escape

Beautiful property with thoughtful touches. We really enjoyed our stay! The third bedroom with the bunk-bed is better suited for kids, but we made it work. Loved how the landscaping included so many wildflowers! And we enjoyed the hot tub.

Gorgeous, Convenient, Comfortable!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! We loved the convenience of its bus system that brings you right to town and the ski resort's front door. The open floor plan was perfect for our getaway with friends. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking, game nights and of course, the hot tub. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable!

Overall great stay in my favorite town in CO

Beautiful, well kept house in my favorite town in CO. Love the quietness, peacefulness and convenience of the location. Super close to the town of CB, but with the quietness that comes with CB South. The home completely matches up with the pictures shown in the listing. Well cared for and super clean. A couple of things came up during the stay and the host was quick to respond and offer help, although at times it seemed like it was a bother to be reaching out. The only thing I would mention is that twice people/maintenance showed up without any heads up/notice that they would be coming. I understand that maybe sometimes it’s unexpected, but it happened more than once and both times caught me off guard as I was at the house. Just would have been nice to have a heads up to expect it. The landscaping company did come and for that I was given a heads up beforehand which was appreciated, but not the other times. Other than that I have nothing but positive things to say about this stay and this property. I hope to visit and stay again.

A wonderful stay overall. Location in Crested Butte South is perfect. The bus drop off is very close, and there is even a ChargePoint Charger a short distance away, which was a fantastic positive as we didn't have to think about charging logistics.The home is incredibly clean and well stocked with all needed supplies. The hot tub is HUGE and, more importantly, clean. The pictures of the listing are accurate too, and there is a functioning fireplace, which was both cozy and warming. The home looks out on to athletic fields which proved to be a great way for the kids to explore and burn off energy.I would HIGHLY recommend this home. The property manager (Lisa) was welcoming and responsive.

We are a family of 5 from Boulder County that loves to come visit Crested Butte and recently purchased this home in CB South. We love to mountain bike in the summer and ski in the winter.

We chose Crested Butte South because of the peace and tranquility it provides and for the community. It is also close to Gunnison, which contains more of our favorite mountain biking. (i.e. check out Hartman Rocks)

I have been to several Airbnbs/VRBOs and wanted to make sure mine was set up with all the things I love and can’t live without. You will find that this has everything you need to make sure your stay is comfortable from plastic Ziploc bags and Tupperware to a relaxing hot tub to soak in. My goal is to ensure you have the best possible stay and if I can’t help you remotely, I have a local team that will be able to assist you.
