30 acre farm stay with complete privacy!

Relax with the whole family or all your friends! Escape from the hustle on 30 acres that is completely private. You can choose from several patios with fire pits, 2 hot tubs, indoor sauna, gas grills and gorgeous views. There are three separate overnight spaces that have 9 bedrooms total.

We now have a Tesla car charger! 2 hot tubs now ready for you to enjoy as well as BRAND NEW indoor infrared sauna!

We are located in a private valley with 30 acres, a large stocked pond, 3 patios, and complete privacy. You can sleep nearly 30 people! We also have a large reception barn you can use for an extra fee for an event. Let us know what you need!

If the hot tub covers are found to be left open for an extended time during your stay, or after your departure, you will be charged $200 for maintenance and upkeep of the hottubs

There are 3 separate buildings.
The “main house” that has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with an updated and modernized full kitchen and huge living room. Laundry room, mud room, 1000 sq foot patio with fire pit and gas grill.

The “garage” has 2 large bedrooms, a full bath and a kitchenette.

The “barn” has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a kitchenette, gas fireplace and 10 foot windows overlooking the pond.

This property doesn’t get better for a large gathering where everyone can get together, yet still have privacy.

We now have a Tesla car charger!

We reserve the right to ask about ages of all guests. We reserve the right to make a final decision on booking depending on the right fit between guests and Heron`s hollow

Great retreat!

Our friend group stayed at Heron’s Hollow for our annual reunion and it was perfect for us. We had more than enough room between the 3 houses, and spent so much time across the pond fishing, kayaking and throwing a frisbee. We ventured to nearby Nixon State Park for a hike and it was a great spot. Owners were great with communication and we appreciated the easy check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Retreat!

We planned a work retreat for 2 days at this property, and we had such a great time! The property is beautiful, it had everything we needed, and it was great to get away and have the lake to be outside at. The renovations were great, Ben was super responsive and I would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was great! This was our extended family and we visited sight and sound theater which is about an hour away. The property is very secluded and we were able to just enjoy time together and play games, fish, and enjoy. The only “complaint” is that it looked like it is lived in normally and has lots of clutter (like glass book shelves with aviation and medical books jam packed in everywhere)(like random white closet shelves on the wall in our bedroom to use as storage) furniture pieces in every available corner, etc. But it was very clean and we enjoyed our time away.

Had a blast at this rental! We booked it for my brother's bachelor party, and everything was so easy. If youre looking for a big group or multi family vacation in a peaceful, quiet, and scenic setting look no further. I could not recommend this place enough!

Wonderful property, great acreage. We had almost 30 people and the three separate buildings worked well for us as people could separate and then reconvene. We are old friends who congregate annually. The land was a major draw because we were about half kids ages 8-15 who liked playing outside.

Wonderful family reunion!

Our extended family gathers each year somewhere in PA to celebrate. This was a serene location where we could fish, hike, relax, and eat together. It's close to several wineries and a local college our daughter is attending this Fall. The three buildings allowed plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out and there were several places to eat together nightly at the main house. Definitely recommended for large gatherings. We had 22 people ranging from 8 to 80 years old with several 16-26! Each house has a fridge and sink and was equipped a lot better than we expected. There were several firepits to use and a large patio to hang out at night and talk. The owner was quick to respond and very easy to work with. Thank you for hosting our group!! Jeff and Amy

Family Reunion in Style

We spent a weekend celebrating our family and enjoying the time together in a beautiful and very comfortable setting. The hosts, Andrea and Benjamin, are very responsive and incredibly nice. They provide all necessary creature-comforts at the property and then some. To summarize, each of the three "houses" are magical in their own way, with kitchens, bedrooms, family rooms and the like all decorated and outfitted in a comfy and cozy style. The multiple outdoor patios (yes, multiple) are complete with comfortable furniture, grills, and beautiful surroundings. Our family had a truly wonderful time fishing in the pond, playing soccer in the ample fields, exploring the area, but mostly enjoying ourselves in a quiet, comfortable, and stunning setting. I also want to repeat my thanks to Andrea, our host, for her responsive communications this week. You have created a very special experience for your guests with this property. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts with a stunning property that allowed our family reunion to be the memory-maker that it was. We truly had an incredible time and from all of us -- thank you.
