A brand new colonial style grand villa great for families.

Inspired by travelers we have been hosting guests since 2008. Having had my own hotel, together with my husband - married since 2009 - from Belgium, we have build plenty of experience to assist any guest to Siem Reap. We master communication in several languages and know the ever-changing city of Siem Reap and the activities and sights in the surrounding very well. I'm friendly outgoing and care to hear every visitor is at ease. I'm very available and ready to assist anywhere necessary. I oversea the rooms and common areas prior to your arrival. I'll be the one personally welcoming you on arrival whether at the airport or at the villa. I'm also sending you our groceries list, so you can have what you require setup prior to your arrival at the villa. I'm at the head of the concierge team ready to provide any arrangements and to ensure the quality of your stay with us. Together with the villa team we have setup a great menu for food or set menu's for lunch and dinner. Feel free to ask me what is required, I'd be happy to assist in any way.

A quiet setting, with a touch of countryside surroundings, yet a stone throw away from the center and it's vibrant activity. The villa is single standing and has no direct neigbors. One side of the property sits a tree nursery providing even more trees and green to the already lush green setting. About 3km from the Old market and the touristic center of the town. 3km from Angkor Golf and 7km from Siem Reap's International Airport.

Tucked out of the way, this modern villa provides convenient, gentle areas carefully laid out in one open undisturbed space. Allowing the exterior surrounding areas to mingle and seamlessly run into the interior spaces and back into the exterior again. Spaces defined by the functional use of the area, the pool, the magnificent Banyan Tree and the large covered lounge deck.The functional design of the villa allows a great use for this holiday villa. Allowing an abundance of natural light; the French windows fully open the builing into the quiet surroundings. Provided with the highest comfort, plenty of lounge areas and cool air-conditoned rooms offering a respite for everyone.Bedrooms:The house boasts four bedroom on the first floor. A master bedroom with it’s ensuite bathroom located at the end of the upstairs corridor. It has windows on both sides allowing plenty of natural light to penetrate the beautiful quarter.The rooms in the middle, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, share a Jack&Jill bathroom. That’s easily accessible and has a sink dedicated for each of the bedrooms it connects with.The remaining room is a double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. Every room allows royal views over the garden, looking out at the greenery that surrounds the neighboring Angkor golf course.From the bright corridor, overlooking the majestic Banyan Tree and its surrounding green, we also have access to the rooftop terrace from where the beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed.
