There is an updated walk in shower, washer/dryer, and beautiful bright vanity with plenty of drawer space. There is also a hallway area by another entrance door that has all the beach gear you will need for a great day.

Second bathroom: Located in the common area on the side of the kitchen and living room this full bathroom features an updated shower/tub combo, toilet, and clean vanity with storage.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a remodeled fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar(3 seats), large flat screen Smart TV with cable, office/work desk, dining table(4 seats), comfortable sofa, and reclining chair. The Murphy bed entertainment center has full size pull out bed with linens, storage, and some board games.

Lanai: This shaded are includes dining table for 4 people and 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean and Black Rock view.
