Very easy process checking in, just as though you booked directly with the hotel. There was construction going on right below our balcony, but we weren’t in the room much while it was going on and it affected our time at the beach more than in the room.

The property is beautiful and a great location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Also easy to get around the rest of the island. The room was smaller than I expected and was tight for a family of 4. All of the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Pools were nice. Tricky to get a chair at pool though.

The property is very nice; pools are relaxing and it was not very busy when we visited (October). The lagoon is nice for kids as there are barely any waves but not so fun if you like aforementioned waves. The reservation system for cabanas and other activities is nice because you can text the concierge. Everything was clean. Self-parking was included and convenient. The host was great: quick responses and provided all the information needed. The rest of the review is just about the room and obviously since it's a hotel/timeshare, it's not something the host can control but others might want to know. The basic rooms are clean but quite small and pretty dated. However, it's pretty inexpensive so if you're looking for just a place to sleep, then this is great value. Just fyi: minimal outlets at the bedsides, carpets and sofa feel old, and with the sofa bed extended, the room becomes mostly beds (i.e. nowhere to sit except on the bed). The balconies are so small that I'm not sure it is an amenity. Nice that a fridge and microwave and coffee machine are available. Overall a good stay for the money!

The room is a little out of date compared to the resorts around it but otherwise so nice. I loved the pool and access to the beach. It was perfect!! Kitchen sink did clog a little but was an easy fix!
