My Name is Ava Page, and I am the owner of TNA Properties & JA Property Management. I grew up in the small town of Burley Idaho, until the age of 24 and began traveling the country while my partner worked construction. It was in 1998 when we pulled into an RV Park in Draper Utah called Mountain Shadows RV Park. I began working at the park as a relief fill in when needed, however we would still leave and come back as my partner job would require us to travel the country. I loved being able to have my own home with me as I traveled, there really is nothing better than being in a place that feels like home.
In 2004 we returned to Draper Utah permanently and I took on a manager role for Burkton Real Estate (the parent company), throughout the years I gain more knowledge about RV's, Mobile Homes and what makes the vacationer happy. It was in 2016 when my life took another direction and I broadened out to Arizona and fell in love with Show Low, Pinetop & Lakeside which are all located in the White Mountains of Arizona. At this time, I purchased my first vacation home as a test property to see how it would produce. Too my amazement 'Everyone" loves a good vacation home, since than we now have 5 Vacation Units in Show low AZ, 11 Vacation Units in Lakeside AZ, 9 in Tombstone AZ and two in Kanab Utah. I have been an Airbnb host for 7 years now, I am also a Regional Property Manager and a Business Owner. I truly love every aspect of my job and we look forward to assisting you with all your traveling and vacation needs.
