Terrible manager and my worst stay ever

There were only a couple of pans in the unit. There was nothing to cook. Eggs in my husband had to go buy a pan and the toilet wouldn’t even flush the last two days correctly. Three of the blinds were broken my husband fixed two and we get nasty messages from the manager, who asked if there was any parking was screaming and yelling at my husband. This manager made this the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vrbo rental and this is by far not my first. We paid over $200 in fees and he acts like we were supposed to be the maids cleaning when I swept all the floors. I washed all the dishes. I didn’t clean out the refrigerator. No, I didn’t clean out the bathroom entirely. No I paid for the services. I’m not a maid. I’m a person on vacation, and the way that this man spoke to my husband. And now he’s sending nasty messages over and over and over again.

Manager is a disgusting human being

We followed all rules the same way we always do and are good people but this manager was disgusting yelling at my husband upon arrival with food in the corners of his mouth. the apartment had almost every blind broken and the deadbolt was broken My husband fixed 3 blinds and tried to fix the bolt but could not. This kitchen was so ill equipped that we had to buy a fry pan and many utensils. I swept, mopped and tidied up everything before we left. I left all laundry in the laundry area for linens and such and this monster blows up my husbands phone while we in traveling 3 hours to our next destination. The park views were nice but your pets aren’t even allowed on the lawn area with you. I’ve never been treated so badly by a host. my husband and zi have always had great exchanges with any host. This man who I was given contact by the host as our manager denies being the manager I guess to keep from having to do anything. I sent a screenshot of my husbands arrival time yet this mean and nasty man yelled At my husband for Waiting for him for 6 hours which is a complete lie. I told them 6pm flight arrival and that he would be stopping at Vodafone to renew his Romanian phone since we were just moving back to his homeland My husband arrived within 2 hours of landing and I stayed in contact with the host the entire time. We only dealt with the manager twice as we were afraid to try to talk to him about anything after being screamed at simply for asking if parking

Im sorry your interaction with the manager didn’t go well. He is very professional and well manerred so it is very surprising. Unfortunately the apartment was left extremely untidy and dirty. I could attach pictures but they are not pleasant. We wish you only the best in the future!
