The Space
Sleeping & Living: Two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living area featuring modern decor and vintage charm.
Beds: 1st bedroom has a queen bed, TV, closet, and dresser; 2nd bedroom has two TRUNDLE beds (1 twin bed is stored under the other, and the 2nd twin bed rolls out and pops up) and an armoire, and the Living Room has a queen-sized fold-out sofa sleeper.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including cookware, dishes, and appliances.
Bathroom: Clean, well-stocked 1-bath with fresh linens provided.
Family Friendly: A Pack-n-Play is available upon request for little ones (upon availability, must be arranged for an additional fee of $20)
Views: Overlooks Centennial Park (9th & Grand), the summer home of the local Farmer’s Market (Tuesdays 3 pm-8 pm).

House Rules & Important Info
NO PETS: This apartment is NOT pet-friendly. We do have pet-friendly cabins available; please contact us if you need a pet-friendly option.
NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or candles of any kind (including marijuana, tobacco, incense, etc.) inside the apartment. Strictly enforced with a $750 fine for violations. Outdoor smoking areas are available at other locations; please ask for details.
Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors in this multi-unit Victorian home, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Check-in/out: Early check-in or late check-out is $20/hour and is subject to availability only. Please call to arrange.
Kitchen Etiquette: Please clean any dishes used and wipe down the stove/oven before departure.
Damages: Any damage to the home (including indoor smoking) may result in a minimum charge of $250 or the actual cost of repairs/replacement.
