With ample parking for boats, it's the perfect accommodation for water enthusiasts looking to explore Caddo Lake. Whether you're enjoying the tranquility of the small town, or heading out for a day on the water, our home provides a cozy and convenient base for your stay.

The front porch is yours to enjoy, complete with a swing and rocking chairs. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a quiet afternoon, or taking in the evening breeze, the front porch is a perfect spot for relaxation and tranquility.
Experience the nostalgia of childhood with our tire swing. Suspended from a sturdy branch, the tire swing is a delightful addition to the backyard. Have fun swinging or simply relax and enjoy the playful atmosphere.

Park directly in front off the house in a parking lot, (off street parking). Spacious yard has plenty of room and a concrete slab for boat parking.


Pet Friendly Policy: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs, with a pet fee (no puppies under 1 & no kitty cats sorry!). Please ensure your pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea treatments, and do not disturb neighbors. Pets should not be left unattended for long periods. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
