Family-oriented and centrally located home near the Chicagoland area. Minutes away from O'Hare Chicago International Airport and train stations (Metra, Blue and Green Line).

Cozy space with a fully stocked kitchen. However, you will be spoiled for choices of where to eat. From walking distance restaurants to local fine Italian and Steak house options.

We ask our guests to be respectful of the home and the community.

NO parties, events, or inappropriate behavior allowed. Must be 25+ to book.

Spotless home. Responsive hosts. Perfect for younger families planning to visit relatives or friends nearby. Wife and I grew up in the area, so being back "home" was nice.However, not for everyone. Parking slab may be tough with bigger trucks or SUV's. Stone path to backdoor is uneven and concrete pavers are loose - that may be tough for older folks, especially if wet or icy. Plus, lots of stairs inside.

Rose’ place was a perfect stay, very clean. Rose was a great host, she was always there to answer any questions, great location, quite neighborhood with everything you need around the place

Perfect for Friends

This was the perfect place for our friend group to stay as we gathered to celebrate a wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Rose’s property. Clean as a whistle upon arrival and the accommodations were exactly as advertised. We had 6 of our family at the property. Proximity to the rest of our family in LaGrange was great. We had a wonderful family Christmas!

Very chill

It was really nice inside and greatly priced. We stayed down there for Ed sheerann concert had so much fun. Plenty of plates and glass and silver wear.

The houses in the neighborhood are very close together, parking is horrible on the street. The neighbors seemed friendly. As mentioned this home only provides one spot big enough for one car, the host was understanding and let us pull a little in the grass to be able to double park two cars, thank you!Home was very neat and clean, updated flooring, fixtures, appliances and the bathrooms were nicely updated.Shower upstairs is very small (single stall) especially for an adult or even a ten year old. There was nowhere to put your soap or body wash, so I purchased a cheap dish at the dollar store, you are welcome if you stay here lol. Shower pressure was not that great. Towels were very soft. Bathtub downstairs did not have a plug. Water was plenty hot even with 6 of staying here. Both bathroom vanity's were very small, nowhere to put your toiletries. AC worked great! Window unit upstairs as it gets a bit stuffy up there, fyi this unit does drip water right outside of the back door. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, etc. I did purchase a cheap set of forks as two were missing and the host offered to reimburse me. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the first floor. Beds were very firm, plenty of pillows. Washer and dryer worked great! Great location every store/food place that you could think of was in this area. Host was very understanding and responded to all questions quickly! Check in/out was very easy. The correct Wi-Fi password was on the back of the modem. Would stay again!

Wonderful place

It’s a wonderful home in a great location. The owners have worked so hard to update this early 60’s era bungalow. Immaculately clean. Great neighborhood. Parking is challenging weekdays unless you have a small car. Highly recommended.

Simple clean home

Easy check in. Parking in back was easy. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Was nice having a bedroom downstairs for my elderly mother. Also nice having two full bathrooms. Not any extras by any means. It’s a no frills type of place. Overall pleased.
