Stay at this 1500 sq/ft year round lake house, with a 10 minute walk to the famous board walk of Grand Beach. One block away from a scenic waterfront stroll along the lake. Sleeping accommodations for eight guests. Fully equipped, just bring your clothes and food and beach towels!
Brand new to the market, comes equipped with all new furnishings, kitchen contents beds and bedding.
This lake house is accessible for many throughout the entire 1st floor. (2nd floor is alternate bedroom)

We were very happy with the cabin and location. The owners had everything labelled which I appreciated. Air conditioning was nice. We would book the cabin again. Dog friendly!

Exceeded our expectations!

This property and the owners who run it were nothing short of incredible! Rob was always quick to respond to our questions through the app and the level of trust and respect coming from him was comforting after having a different property owner on this app overbook their cabin resulting (thankfully) in us finding this one instead! The cabin was very spacious for our large group of 8 people and it was set up fantastically. Everything was clean, the style was great and most importantly everything we could have needed for our stay was present in a conveniently marked drawer. Our stay happened to be on one of the hottest days this summer and although the cabin was very warm at times the 2 A/C units and plenty of running fans were a pleasant surprise that helped make our time there that much better. The rate may seem pricey at a first glance but I believe it is more than fair for the experience and professionalism that is offered at this cabin. I cannot recommend this cabin enough!

Canada day weekend 2024

I have stayed at several vacation rental properties and the Lakehouse was the best I have stayed at for the following (these are my own needs/ wants and I realize not everybody): first, it was EXACTLY as pictured; almost as important (for me) it set the bar for cleanliness; and (thankfully because we had rain almost every day) it had all the thoughtful little things (lots of games, dvds, prime, Netflix, etc. but the clincher for me was I forgot coffee, which I need, and they had lots of coffee and filters). Only negative I would say was it’s on the high end price wise (I did go on a prime/ Canada day long weekend tho) for that area (Grand Marais/ Grand Beach) without having any over the top items like a hot tub. But, it’s a rental that you can be assured you will get exactly what you pay for and it made our stay worry free/ relaxing in spite of the out of our control things like weather.

Exceeded Expectations!

Great place that was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was well stocked, very clean and better than advertised! Rob was very easy to communicate with. We had no issues and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this cottage for anyone planning a stay in the Grand Beach area!

Great house

Great house near the beach. Had everything you could ever need for a great vacation. The owner responded right away to any questions we had and was extremely helpful and made our stay great. My wife and all 4 kids loved it and would love to come back.

Highly recommended

The property and cottage was even nicer than the pictures. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the cottage and how well stocked the kitchen was (and very well organized and labeled). There was plenty of room to relax and rest inside and outside the cottage. We had everything we needed and more, I clouding plenty of fun games, loads of movies and some toys for the kids. It was also very close to a playground and walkable to the main beach, which was very convenient. The beds on the second floor and bedroom were also very clean and firm (which we liked). The main challenges we experienced was that the second floor was very bright with the skylight, making it very difficult to sleep with a toddler. The cottage is also open concept so sound travels easily from the kitchen to the sleeping spaces. Lastly, 2 adults slept in the pull out couch the first night but found it uncomfortably soft. We made other arrangements the second night, which worked because of all the beds and couches. I would highly recommend in the future.
