- 5 rooms + 3 bathrooms over three floors; each floor is set up as a private apartment - ideal for an extended family or group of friends
- We offer you free wifi, air conditioner on each floor, full kitchens, new bathrooms, complementary toiletries

The space
Feel at home surrounded by modern comforts - 65 sq.m. of living space over three floors (each set up as an individual apartment for added convenience):
- 1st floor has two rooms (open concept living/dining area with a kitchen and a full bed + separate kids bedroom with bunk beds) and a new bathroom;
- 2nd floor is a locked off private area, not for use by guests
- 3d floor offers you a spacious living room with dining area & fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with Queen-size bed and a new bathroom;
- 4th floor is a cozy wooden studio with a brand new double bed (high-quality mattress!), sitting area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom
- the only shared space is building stairwell - and only with our staff, who may be using 2nd floor
- view of Tartini square from your rooms; panoramic Old Town & sea view from the building roof-top terrace (private space for your group's enjoyment, max 6 people can enjoy the terrace at the same time)
