New this year: The local snowmobile trail system now runs along the River and former railroad tracks directly in front of the property, for expanded recreational use. Guests enjoy direct trail access right from the home, making it an ideal winter retreat for snowmobilers looking for convenience and seamless access to the regionâs trail network.
Donât miss the chance to explore some of the areaâs favorite local attractions, all just a short drive away. Tee off at Cronin's Golf Course, located 7 miles away, where you can enjoy a relaxing round surrounded by beautiful Adirondack scenery. For shopping and great deals, head to The Outlets at Lake George, just 8 miles away. And for family-friendly excitement, spend a day at Six Flags Great Escape, only 10 miles from the property, featuring thrilling rides, entertainment, and a seasonal water park.

Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning/but dedicated units available in each room for individual climate control.
Guests must climb a flight of stairs to access this home.
While every effort is made to maintain walkways and driveways in winter, Our Treehouse is located at the foothills of the Adirondack mountains, and icy conditions may persist in the winter. Ice cleats (âcat tracksâ) are encouraged for safe access.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
