Good Mooring and welcome to our lovely getaway at Seabrook!
Upon approaching the entrance to the home, a sunny front porch greets you (and your four-legged friends) and provides a place to unwind while reading a book or having a relaxing conversation. If you arrive with children, the large park across the street is also perfect to sit with a cup of coffee while keeping an eye on the little ones. This house has many extra features and details to enhance your stay including a bright open concept living room, many additional windows, custom made furniture, extra insulation for noise reduction, an upstairs balcony from which to enjoy the territorial views and evening sky (or watch your children play in the playground), and a personal fire pit. The large landscaped backyard affords privacy and features a secluded hot-tub, family style picnic table, lounge chairs and parking for two cars. There is seating on the side yard as well as back yard offering additional privacy. For your pet, we’ve included a warm water hose at the back entrance with which to wash off the salt water, or perhaps to rinse yourself after hot-tubbing. Good Mooring is conveniently located near the farm district, steps from the dog park and sports courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball) as well as across the street from the playground.

On the first floor you’ll find a spacious primary bedroom, bath and walk-in closet with plenty of space for a travel crib or bassinet for your littlest ones. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room are lit with plenty of sunlight from many western and southern facing windows. On the second floor, which features high ceilings, you’ll find a comfortable media room with flat screen TV (cable, Netflix, X-Box One, etc.), a bunk bed room with both twin and full-sized bunks, and a large front bedroom featuring a balcony, TV, couch and chair. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom and personally controlled heating. Private parking is at the rear of the house and street parking is also available in front, just steps away.

During your stay at Good Mooring, you’ll likely want to cozy up by the gas fireplace in the evening with a good book, roast some s’mores in the side yard fire pit and gather around the round dining room and picnic tables for games and food with your family.
