Welcome to On the Rocks

Can you hear the icy rocks clinking in your glass? We hope you're inspired to craft a few cocktails and relax in this spacious new home sleeping 12 guests with 4 bedroom/4.5 bath. You'll enjoy the unique convenience of being steps away from the beach, the shops, the pool, the park, and the trails.

In the morning, let the sea breeze carry the smell of coffee and pastries from the bakery through the gazebo at Meriweather square right into your living room. Maybe in the afternoon you can lounge next to the fire, or cook a delicious meal with an audience seated at your large kitchen island. When evening rolls around we're back to cocktails (you catching the theme here?), sitting out front with the dog at your feet, under a heater, on your enormous deck!

We've tried to consider everyone for rooms as well, with two ensuite Cal King primary bedrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs. Also upstairs is an en suite Queen with tub, a bunk room with 6 extra long twins and a dedicated bathroom with tub in the hallway.

Gather the whole gang in the living room for a show on the 60" HD plasma TV, or tuck the kids in the bunk room with games, toys, the XBOX, or a movie, while you grab a good book from the selections off our shelves.

My four siblings and I brought our mother to see the ocean for her 91st birthday. We normally stay at Moclips, but wanted to get a home where we could all be together. This was a fabulous house! It is by far the best stocked kitchen, I have ever seen for a rental house. There was not a kitchen gadget we could not find.It was a two block walk to all the shops and grocery stores in Seabrook, and a short walk to beach access.The only thing I would change would be to allow an earlier check-in, even if only by an hour, and a later check out just to have more time to spend together. Lastly, I would replace silver flatware with stainless steel. It’s a lot to ask of guests to hand wash silverware that can easily be placed in the dishwasher. But that is just a minor inconvenience, we would most definitely stay here again. Thank you.

40th Anniversary Celebration

On the Rocks is a wonderful property! It was clean, beautiful, located close to restaurants, shops, and grocery. It was a quick walk to those locations and to the beach.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the covered porch and the large dining table so that everyone could gather for meals and games.I highly recommend this property!
