Paradise by the Camelback Lights: Ski-on/ski-off, pool/ping-pong table
This renovated 3 story house is just a few minutes' walk to ski on location. We will also send you a guide to the area with things to do nearby. The house is also conveniently located at parking lot level.
The house is set up with the guest in mind, we have a large dining table to seat big groups, pool/ping-pong table, fireplace, outdoor grill, 3 large TVs, PlayStation, stocked kitchen, outside grill.
We are family and pet friendly! We offer a highchair and baby/pet gates.
The Space
Kitchen
Includes a stove and range, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee beans and electric bean grinder, electric kettle, instapot, toaster.
The cabinets are stocked with plates, serving bowls, utensils, pots and pans, salt, cooking oil. We also provide paper towels and dishwashing soap.
Living/dining room: Over-sized couch, balcony, large table and 65" TV with Playstation, fireplace. The table also converts into a full-sized pool table and ping pong table.
Bedrooms:
Top floor bedroom (loft): One Queen bed, 48" TV, privacy blinds
Bottom floor bedroom 1: One Full bed, One twin bunk bed
Bottom floor bedroom 2: Two Queen beds, 50" TV
Entertainment:
TVs: Livingroom 65" TV, downstairs bedroom 50" TV, and 48" upstairs bedroom TVs use Roku and include a Netflix and HBO streaming accounts. There is also access to live TV by selecting "Pluto" on the Roku. Guests are also welcome to login to their own Hulu, Showtime, or other platforms on the Roku.
Dining table/pool table/ping pong table: There is a very large dining table that can seat 8 people if pulled out (or 6 in current position). This table can be converted into a pool table or ping pong table by removing the top. Balls, cues, and other accessories located inside the bench next to the table. The kitchen also has a smaller table.
PlayStation: comes with two controllers.
Bathrooms:
There is a private bathroom in the loft, a half bathroom on the main floor and a downstairs bathroom shared by those two bedrooms. All bathrooms include body wash, liquid hand soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as toilet paper.
Grill: We have a grill in the patio with grilling tools. We provide the propane tank which we do our best to keep full, but occasionally guests will need to refill them.
Baby/pet gates and high chair: We are a pet and family friendly house. We have a high chair and baby gates that can be used to keep kids and pets confined to certain areas of the house.
Heating: We have heating thermostats located throughout the house, so the temperature can be customized in different rooms.
Cooling: We have air conditioners in the common area and the bedrooms. The ACs will be usable from late May through the end of September.
Parking: You can park 2 cars in front of our house and additional cars in the overflow lot.
Amenities: Heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, indoor and outdoor tennis court, indoor basketball hoop. These amenities are located at the community center at 601 Camelback Rd (5 min walk from the house, or 1 min drive).
There are numerous hiking trails and lakes in PA within a short drive. During the summer we recommend guests checkout Camelbeach, the waterpark next door to us, which is absolutely amazing and perfect for kids, as well as Aquatopia, an indoor water park 5 minute drive from us open all year round. We will send you a guide to the area prior to check in.
Refrain from rearranging the furniture. There will be an additional $50 charge to your account. The pet fee is $30 per night for the first dog and $15 per night for each additional pet. Please do not move the portable AC units, as they are fixed in place and moving them may cause the hoses to disconnect.
