The Space:
Perfect and quite location on Polana neighborhood, this place is a traditional wood floor house, with large windows filling the space with natural light. The feelings are cozy, warm, like home. There is a spacious living room with a dining table that seats 6, one couch for 3, two straw chair and two small wooden bench to enjoy your time.

Two double bedrooms and one room with two single bed. Each room has a wardrobe where you can keep your clothes and luggage. All rooms have an air conditioner and are equipped with towels and sheets which are regularly changed.

There are two complete bathrooms shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and there is also a table that seats 4 for your quick meals :). There are also two balconies (one at the room and one at the living room where you can sit).

Our maid comes every day to clean and take care of the house.
The location is beyond great and safe. One coffe shop just across the road with fresh bread every day. Farmacy is also across the road. Looking for a restaurant? In walking distance you have plenty of option. Mozambican, Portuguese, Indian, Thai, Italian and much more!
In one block you got Polana Shopping (close to famous Piri-piri restaurant) where you will find Banks, Supermarket, haircutter and several shops for all your needs.

Five minutes walking you will find Friedrich Engels Avenue. This is an ocean view avenue perfect for your morning or evening fitness time.
