This exclusive & stylish designer studio is housed on the 8th floor of a luxury apartment-home building full of great amenities. nestled in the heart of downtown Crystal City, Virginia, it is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home, including a soft king-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and 56 inch TV with a plethora of apps for your viewing pleasure.

Free parking in a secure garage, full access to the building pool on the rooftop (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), the gym, the theater room, the Full access to building business conference room, the clubhouse area equipped with a pool table, and the on-site pet grooming.

The metro is just 7 minutes walking distance from the residence. There is also parking available for one vehicle when you book the unit.

Swimming pool hours are 10 AM - 8 PM daily. The pool is open every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The Gramercy is the absolute best location for walking around the Crystal City area. There is tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, fitness centers, and park areas.

Great location and easy access to many local businesses and transportation. Anthony was quick with responses and property was as pictured and described. We were in town for a reunion at one of the nearby hotels which was an easy walk but allowed us to enjoy a unit with more comforts of home. Perfect size for a couple.

This is the perfect location to enjoy Pentagon & Crystal Cities as well as commuting into Washington DC! The apartment is clean & spacious wirh all necessary amenities. Check in/out was a breeze!

Great location

This was in a convenient location close to whole foods and Costco. Communication with the management team was very good. I felt very safe as a single woman in this apartment complex. I enjoyed the small balcony and the kitchen was well outfitted.

Quick trip to DC

Our stay in Arlington was awesome. The location of the apartment was perfect for commuting back and forth to DC as it was only 1/2 mile from Metro. There were plenty of places to eat close by along with shopping. The apartment had all the necessary amenities that we needed including a balcony, parking and access to a rooftop pool. The property manager was very responsive and everything was exactly as described. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the DC area and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay and visit DC.

Top Notch Stay!

Our 3-day stay was wonderful. The owner stayed in communication with us in a timely manner. Checki in/out instructions were clear. The property is as pictured. The snacks and water were a welcome touch. There were an abundance of extra everything! The location is perfect (10-15 Uber ride to DC). The lighted balcony was a bonus! We had front row seats to the full moon. Wish I could add a phot. Will definitely chose this property again if we return!

Mismanagement

Owner Overbooked or double booked. We booked months in advance and cancellation occurred while we were on the road! No time to rebook. Extremely poor communication and no assistance offered.

Double booked me

I arrived around midnight to check-in following provided instructions. The front desk did not have keys under my name. Contacted them, and then was told they would be on way. Before they arrived, I got a cancelled reservation notice. They didnt keep their calendars synced and booked someone else from other platform. Was stuck finding other lodging after midnight.

Transitioning to a new system and there was a system error. I was able to help by providing a ride to assist with finding lodging close by. I had no problem with helping at that hour to make sure you were not left hanging.

Perfect in Every Way

This rental ticked every checkbox we were looking for, and surprised us with more than we expected! First of all the location is ideal, only about two blocks from a beautifully clean metro stop that we used for our entire DC touring vacation. The neighborhood is sparkling clean, and we felt very safe. People were very friendly and helpful. There’s a Costco literally across the street, a Starbucks down the street and a Whole Foods.! The unit was sunny, super clean, with the most comfortable, king-size bed and pillows. I wish I could’ve taken them home. The linens were soft, and the towels were very thick and soft. And we appreciated the little kitchenette and stocked it from Whole Foods for breakfast every morning. Also big surprise to us was the washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio outside. And our host Anthony was super easy to communicate with, and answered any questions we had promptly. We still can’t believe the value that we got in renting this beautiful condo and I would absolutely rent it again and recommend it to anyone, I know that’s making a trip to DC. The metro train ride was so close to every attraction we wanted. We used the Pentagon city metro station. 10/10 experience

Surpassed expectations

1st time booking a VRBO and was impressed by how quickly Anthony, our host responded to all inquiries. Secure building. 24 hr. concierge greeted us upon arrival. Location was perfect for our week long stay; short walk to metro, shopping and restaurants. The studio apartment was charming; cozy, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, plus a few extras. Great layout, efficient kitchenette and really appreciated that bottled water, coffee and laundry essentials were provided. After some long, hot, humid days sightseeing DC in July, the rooftop pool was a welcome respite and the cozy patio was a delightful spot for morning coffee or evening beverages. Although we didn't use them, the fitness center, theater room and outside kids play area looked like great spaces to enjoy as well. A few considerations- BYO toiletries as hotel size shampoo, conditioner etc. are not provided, with the exception of 2 small, unscented soap rounds. Pool does not supply towels and closes at 8pm. Looked like some coffee had been spilled in one of the kitchen drawers prior to our arrival and no space for a bedside table on one side. Extremely minor inconveniences compared to all the perks of staying at the "Cozy mustard." I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again! Thanks Anthony!
