We fell in love with this property at first sight. A large stately home sitting in the back of a culdesac backing up to a greenbelt preserve! So many areas inside to congregate. From the large formal living room with huge leather couch to spend time together, large dining room to be able to all share a meal together, to the snuggly fireplace room off of the kitchen, then you have the huge game room with pool table, 55â TV and full bathroom. That amazing backyard! JUST WOWâŠwith pool, hot tub, and so many hang out spots! Patio for coffee or wine watching the sunset, firepit under the stars with Adirondack seating, making memories watching family & friends play in the pool while youâre in the conversation seating set with fire table overlooking the pool's waterfall. Soooo relaxing! You just never want to leave!

Incredibly quiet neighborhood, being on a culdesac and backing to the greenbelt you have so much privacy and yet youâre so close to Austin, Kalahari Resort & Waterpark, Shopping at The Domain, Lake Travis itself, The Oasis restaurant overlooking Lake Travis, Fine dining, just everything you can imagine!
