Great house for a small family gathering

We really enjoyed the home, it was sparkling clean inside! The rooms were spacious! The only issue was the garbage cans outside were quite full and so we left ours on top of the can! We were very pleased overall!

Great place with convenient location

Stayed here to visit our daughter at Stonehill. Super convenient location to use as a home base and run back and forth all weekend. Very clean, easy access, and good communication with the owner. Thank you!

Nice house and comfortably fits 4-6 people. Super quiet neighborhood. We didn’t mind there was no AC but that should be included as information in the listing because the house would be super hot in the summer. Communication was ok - I had to reach out to get check in directions.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Quick Uber ride to Xfinity Center (Greatwoods). Perfect for a quick getaway or a concert series.

Customer Experience Opportunities

This was an ok VRBO stay for us with some pro’s and con’s below: Pro’s: good location for our personal needs, check out instructions were timely, and mostly clean unit Con’s: - the home has been converted to a duplex so you will be sharing the unit with someone else. That said, there is a separate entrance for each floor but you may hear your neighbor downstairs - we did not receive check-in instructions until about 4 hours after our check-in time; finally made it inside after 10 pm after a full day of travel - the kitchen is very minimally stocked if you want to cook - no wash cloths or hand towels in the bathroom, no soap in the shower - definitely some redecorating done but “remodeled” may be a bit strong

Great house in convenient location

House was beautiful and clean as described. Didn’t really hear downstairs neighbors much. Lots of parking. Easy to get to Brockton/Easton with many coffee shops, gas stations and restaurants within a 5 minute drive

Very clean, spacious, and comfy.

The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for 6 people. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very accommodating, overall we were happy with our stay. There are only a few things I would recommend. In the future I would let renters know that there are tenants that live in the basement, it was surprising to hear voices coming from downstairs without knowing. If you plan to cook you may want to bring some cookware as it is very limited. A Keurig coffee maker would def be a plus also. Overall no complaints here I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in this area to consider this listing. Also the host was very easy to be in contact with. Thank you.

Army-Navy weekend

My family rented this house for our weekend attending the Army-Navy game and enjoyed it very much. The house was clean and nice and warm when we arrived. The host, Keisha was welcoming and always responsive to questions. Would recommend this house.

Lacking communication/information

The place has been updated. There was no check in instructions and I had to contact VRBO customer service for help. There was no check out instructions either. Owner never contacted me, except to confirm the booking back a few months ago and to tell me I’d get check in instructions the day before (or day of) check in (but never received). The listing says a house, however it should be a duplex. There is a basement unit. The listing says pool. There is no pool on property and the only pool we found was via the city, which has a charge to use the facility. The unit is located on a quiet street. The house across the street was being built and could hear them in the morning. No fault of the owners of this unit. Whoever was staying in the basement unit, was not necessarily loud, however we could hear their conversations, tv, music, washing machine (or dishwasher) and the door opening and closing when they came/went. There was no hand soap, but we found dish soap to use instead. There was no shampoo, body wash or conditioner for the shower. There was only the one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. A few spots needed to be cleaned again, however the cleaning spray didn’t have a working spray attachment. We ended up having to go buy some items (since not included or not enough supplied), which have been included in other VRBO stays and according the this listing, should have been included in this unit. Owner should make some changes.
