Perfect for the big Family

Beautiful house, it was perfect for a group, or a family trip. Needed better cleaning ex. Refrigerator, and bathrooms. The house has everything we needed. The hot water stopped working but it was fixed. Very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

House was good overall. The only complaints are - dish washer didn’t work, ice maker and fridge are on its last leg. AC struggled to keep house cool but it was 90 degrees. Host was responsive to questions we had. FYI there was a cleaning fee which is quite high and we cleaned before we left

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Chesapeake! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything and I had a comfortable visit. The location was peaceful and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I appreciated the little touches that made the space feel welcoming and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Could have been really nice.

Location was great. Checknin was easy but once we were inside it was obvious the place had not been cleaned. My mom and I had to vacuum the entire house and clean the bathrooms as they were very clearly dirty. Contacted the host, who was very responsive but never offered any compensation for the uncleanliness. Could have been a wonderfil stay if it was clean.

Perfect location for a complicated visit.

The property may seem a little out of the way on a map, but it was less than 30 minutes from every place we had to go. Quiet neighborhood with ready access to the interstate. Plenty of room in the house also.

Fresh and well stocked home

This is a very lovely traditional home, fully decorated and fully stocked with anything you might need. It is not bare bones my family enjoyed their stay.

Needs updating

Property overall was average. Property must belong to older people (senior citizens). Everything seems vintage. A lot of upgrades need to be made to include beddings, bathroom shower curtains to furnishings. A bit dusty and old scattered rugs looks dirty. Lots of dusty looking stuff and some cob webbing in rooms. House seems to have sat vacant for a long time. One bathroom toilet stopped working.

Perfect for families with kids

room over garage was perfect location for kids, Nothing they could break and had games to play, foosball, ping pong and an older tv with playstation with games. And a sink & toilet. Plenty of room to sleep for them futon, couch and queen bed... Adults had comfortable and quiet bedrooms on other side of the house! Whole house was quiet, a bit dated but perfect for our weekend in town to see the Oceana Airshow.

The neighborhood was quiet and wonderful. It was easy to access the house. Hot water went out and the owner got someone out right away to fix it.
