Cabine confortable de style suédois ... Notre spécialité est dans les détails!

Construite par Stefan Nilsson, cette petite «maison de poupée» a été achevée en juillet 2005. Inspirée de l'héritage suédois de Stefan, cette adorable cabine a un revêtement suédois typique teinté vert forêt, avec des garnitures en épicéa naturel.

La cabane est dans un cadre boisé calme, situé à 5-10 minutes des activités de Seward; Pourtant, nos clients peuvent toujours rester connectés au reste du monde avec un service Internet sans fil gratuit!

L'intérieur peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, avec un lit queen-size dans une alcôve confortable, deux lits jumeaux dans la mezzanine et un coin salon pour se détendre. Une salle de bain complète est située près de l'entrée arrière.

La kitchenette est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une cafetière et d'un grille-pain. À côté de la cuisine, un coin petit-déjeuner sur mesure offre une vue spectaculaire sur le mont. Eva et son glacier suspendu. De riches détails en bois, du plafond à rainure et languette aux poutres colorées colorées, ornent l'intérieur de la cabine.

La menuiserie de finition, ainsi que les couleurs uniques sur les murs, les poutres et la porte intérieure font de cette cabine une œuvre d'art.

Loved this cabin! Quiet and cozy with a comfy bed and pretty garden view. Might be cramped with more than two people, but for a couple it was the perfect size.

We had great time visiting Seward and staying at Annika's guesthouse!

Our family of 4 had a lovely time staying at this cozy and cute cottage. This place was super clean and very well organized/maintained. Hosts were very helpful and friendly! I highlly recommend staying there!The location is perfect: 10min from downtown, yet surrounded with nature!

Great family lodging

We loved our stay! The cabin was very clean and located just a short drive from restaurants and activities in Seward. Our boys (6 and 9) loved playing on the property around the cabin.

Exceptinal stay!

Annika's guest house was perfect. It is cozy, IMMACULATE, and so great. Hosts are winderful people, and made sure we felt welcomed! 10 minute ride to Seward and Kenai Fjords. Highly reccommend!

Perfect picturesque Alaskan cabin

The four of us were day tripping to Seward and were so happy we found this place. It was perfect for a couple and two more - with a big comfy bed downstairs and two comfy twins on the loft. It was even cuter than the pictures and we just found it the perfect tranquil cabin. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Lovely cabin and close to Seward

We loved staying at this charming cabin and enjoyed meeting the host, Binget, who greeted us with freshly baked delicious cookies. Check-in was seamless, the location was great and only a short drive from the dock where we caught our tourboat, the cabin was very clean, had everything we needed, and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay there again!

Cozy, clean cabin

Although small they made great use of space. We did not spend much time in cabin as had planned activities throughout the day but was a very nice place to come back to both nights we were there. Out of Seward but very easy drive to the port to catch fjord tour. Our teen boys are tall but fit fine in loft and happy to have their own space.Spotless and pleasurable stay!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was absolutely perfect. The hosts were so friendly but also gave us space. My young kids loved the loft and we loved the quiet. It is a nice to stay a little out of seward but still an easy drive into town.

Hôte : Stefan and Binget Nilsson

Stefan and Binget Nilsson are your hosts along with their three children, Kjell (born 1999), Bjorn (born 2002), and Annika (born 2004). They moved to Seward in February of 1996. Binget grew up in Kenai, Alaska and spent many years fishing salmon on the banks of the Kenai River. After finishing college at the University of Washington in Seattle (1990), she put her pack on her back and went travelling down to New Zealand. In February of 1990, Stefan and Binget met on a bus (“The Magic Bus”) on the South Island of New Zealand and fell in love. At the end of the trip, neither thought they would see the other again. But it was God’s plan that they be together, and through interesting circumstances (and a helpful German friend!), they finally decided to be together and were married September 19, 1992 in Kenai. Your hosts love living in Alaska with their little ones, and appreciate the great outdoor opportunities that abound in the Seward area. Binget has a history in mountain climbing and has extensive knowledge of the trails and mountains in and around Seward. If you love to hike, bike, run the trails, or climb some of the local peaks…she can point you in the right direction! Stefan’s big love is hunting and fishing. He will be able to tell you the right lake or river for Dolly Varden, Rainbows, and Grayling...and he may even share his secrets about what the halibut and salmon are biting in Resurrection Bay ! They are excited to be able to share their outdoor experiences with you.

We love living out of town in our little neighborhood called "Old Mill Subdivision". There are towering Sitka Spruce trees throughout the subdivision that house Bald Eagles and a myriad of other birds, as well as the pesky squirrels that chatter away when you get too close. As well, you may see the occasional moose, porcipine, and black or brown bear wander through the area. The quiet life and gorgeous views are what suits our lifestyle in this area.

We enjoy having the river run through our neighborhood, which occasionally will have trout and salmon swimming. The hiking trails and berry picking in the Fall right outside our door is another plus for our family.
