This home has been recently remodeled and stocked with top-of-the-line mattresses, sheets, towels, etc. Fully stocked kitchen. Convenient location - about 1/2 mile from ATT (Cowboys) Stadium, Globe Life (Rangers) Stadium, Arlington Convention Center, and about a mile from Six Flags & Hurricane Harbor; 20 minutes to DFW and 25 minutes to both Dallas and Ft Worth. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.
The space
-Luxury pillow top mattresses and linens in all bedrooms
-all three bedrooms have king beds
-the sofa bed is a queen--not as comfy as the others, but we have a down mattress topper for it
-one bath has a tub/shower combo; the other has a shower
-Fully stocked kitchen w/gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker (+coffee), tea kettle (+tea), toaster, blender, mixer, fridge/freezer, pots/pans, serving ware, etc.
-May consider pets in special circumstances
-Nice, big back yard.
-We have a Graco Pack and Play bassinet/play pen. Our grandchildren have slept in it.
