The house was clean and much larger than we’d expected. Centrally located, not too far from Trader Joe’s or Walmart, if you need to grab a couple of items. Parking space in the front and the pool was refreshing on hot nights. Var was very responsive and pleasant when we reached out to have the pool heated one evening. Our family would definitely stay here again; our boys loved it!

Home very clean, pool was wonderful and size of home excellent for our family. Parking was limited and sometimes the noise level in the apartment above was annoying. Overall the stay was very pleasant and would stay there again.

Wonderful House

We spent 4 nights and couldn’t have found a rental better suited to us. The pool is perfect for games with kids. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and a large comfortable living room. TVs galore. Modern appliances. Everything was great. Handy to Rouse’s grocery. Mid town location makes it easy.

Our family (7 adults) traveled ro New Orleans to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. This property was perfect! It is absolutely gorgeous and there was plenty of room for all of us. The private, heated Mpool was wonderful! (Missouri winters do nonot allow such luxeroes.)

The rooms were all spacious and the beds were comfortable. We parked our 2nd car in the empty lot next door to the unit, the location seemed close to everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood looked a little rough, but we had 0 problems with any neighbors. The pool was able to be heated by the owner and we enjoyed some time out there. They had everything we needed to cook dinners and plenty of dishware and cleaning supplies already in the unit to clean up afterwards. The Host was very responsive anytime we reached out before and during the trip. The bedrooms could use some curtains to keep out the morning light, but otherwise everything was great!

Home was definitely beautiful my only issues were the kitchen cabinets had no handles and we pinched our fingers trying to open them. Summer Family Trip

We had 3 families with various ages from 5 to 60+. Sister who lives in NOLA had a baby shower and we enjoyed this property. House was equipped with a great deal of items ( cutting boards, bowls, knifes) to prep and make dishes for the baby shower. Beautiful space with large kitchen, comfortable beds and shower/tub combo to be jealous about. The winner was the pool in backyard, very much appreciate with the weather being so hot. Security was great having the automatic dock lock, felt safe. Family loved this property so much talks of renting again once baby is born or to make this our annual gathering in July.

GLOW UP

So I will say that the surrounding area and the outside of the dwelling do not reflect the inside of the house. I thought the neighborhood was a bit sketchy but nothing happened while we were there. Arrived early and was let in when we got there. Enjoyed the preheated pool multiple nights, the heating element stayed on so the pool stayed warm. Really got to enjoy New Orleans without having to worry about where we were staying because the host made sure that everything was taken care of.

I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the preheated pool added to your comfort—it’s always great to know our efforts to make the house welcoming and stress-free paid off. Regarding the neighborhood, I appreciate your honesty. I’d like to clarify that the street is actually very quiet, with primarily three wonderful neighbors who are extremely kind and even go out of their way to assist our guests when needed. The rest of the homes on the street are Airbnb rentals. Additionally, there’s a sheriff’s office just down the street, which adds an extra layer of security. I’ve personally never seen anything sketchy in the area, nor have past guests mentioned concerns. Thank you again for your kind words, and I hope we can host you again on your next trip to New Orleans!
