This historic Cape May cottage, built in 1890 and renovated in 2015, has four units. Unit 4 has two parking spaces, a private rear entrance, and occupies half of the second and third floor of the house. Bed sheets, bathroom towels, and five beach chairs and an umbrella included!

The second floor contains a spacious living room with fireplace, two sofa beds and a dining area. There is also a large eat in kitchen, a full bath and a private bedroom with queen bed. There is a second entrance off the kitchen which includes a bistro table with seating for two.

On the third floor you will find the large open concept master bedroom, with a queen bed with trundle bed underneath, reading nook, and TV. There is also a small full bath with shower, a separate laundry room, and a tucked away desk and work area.

Outside there is a picnic table and a barbeque grill to be shared with the renters of the other condos in the building. There is also a storage box outside where you can find the five beach chairs and umbrella.
