This condo has a full size front loader washer/dryer. The Large covered patio includes a dining table with chairs overlooking the club house.

(1 week supply) of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, washing machine pods, dryer sheets, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels & toilet paper are included.


Maximum occupancy is (5 people). Our unit is "non-smoking" and we do not allow pets. No parties or events allowed in the condo. Smoking or exceeding the allowed number of occupants is strictly prohibited and will result in an eviction & immediate loss of the entire security deposit.


We will supply you with a key fob that opens the main gate & gives you access to all the amenities. key fob must be left in the condo at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will result in a $200 deduction from your security deposit.


There is a camera facing the front door and the outdoor patio. This isn't just a rental, this is our home. Please be respectful, treat it like your own place & enjoy your stay.
