Recently finished basement has a huge 86" 4K HDTV with surround sound for an amazing movie or watching sports. Set in a quiet family suburb of quaint Timnath, CO. One hour access to DIA or Estes Park/Rocky Mountain Nat Park, 15 min to Budweiser Event Ctr, Ft Collins. HOA rules apply. Ring doorbell cam, driveway cam, back porch cam.

Had a great stay and great time! The house was immaculate and very family friendly. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The hosts were responsive. We appreciated the gift basket of snacks and goodies. Will definitely be back!

House was roomy, clean, and loved the downstairs bedroom and full kitchen. Five bedrooms made this a great stay as well.

Perfect house for our stay

Our son graduated from CSU so we had lots of family in town, several who stayed at the house. The house was fantastic and had ALL the amenities and then some to make our weekend extra special. Kory and Stephanie were excellent, highly communicative hosts. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Beautiful Home and Area

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and neighborhood. We brought our adult children with spouses and grandchildren. The hosts were fabulous. The five bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and 2 kitchens were fabulous for our large group. I would (and have) recommend this home to anybody and everybody. The welcome baskets are such a nice touch.

Our stay was top notch from day one. The home presented just as listed. The welcome basket was so cute and the little touches with the toiletries in the bathrooms were great! The location was great, the layout was nice and we had a great time. We would stat here again.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the house for Thanksgiving! The house had everything we needed. The two full kitchens were amazing for cooking the dinner. We made almost every meal here for 4 days. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. House is immaculate. The owners were incredibly nice and available. We would stay here again for sure.

Wow, What a Wonderful Place!

This place far exceeded our expectations. Communication with the hosts was excellent, beds and pillows were comfortable, extra touches by the host were special and the furnishings were amazing. This house accommodated our two families very well. I would like to live here!

Everything was perfect. House was sooo clean, so spacious, and beautiful. We felt like we were right at home. Amenities were a nice touch as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Timnath. We loved the infinity table too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
