Charming one-bedroom apt. in the heart of DC

Cozy one-bedroom apartment, close to everything that DC has to offer. The building is within a few minutes' walk to public transportation and all major attractions: 5 min away from the Convention Center, 17 min walking distance to the White House/National mall, close to the popular 11th & 14th streets (home to the hottest restaurants & nightclubs), 7 min away from City Center and 15 mins from Verizon Center. It is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay! You will feel right at home.
The space
The immaculate one-bedroom apartment (+600 sq ft.) is perfect for 2 to 4 people that plan to be out enjoying the city during their stay. The apartment was renovated around 2 months ago. The unit is fully furnished. For sleeping, it has a queen-size bed and a sleeper couch. I can also offer an inflatable mattress for additional guests or more comfort if needed (let me know in advance if you need it).

The kitchen area has everything you’d need to cook great meals; a microwave, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, pots, pans, a 4-burner range and oven, and a refrigerator.

The light, bright living area has a table for four, and a smart TV. WIFI is available during the stay
Guest access
The building has secured entry via access code.
Other things to note
-AC is available and included in the price.
- Smart TV in the unit. Pay Per View is not included in the price.
-No parking included. Street parking is available but limited to two hours between 7 am and 8:30 pm (except on Sunday).
-In-unit Washer & Dryer (using a laundry card). Please contact me ahead of time if you need to use the washer/drier.
-Some guests have noted that the shower head is short. You can feel free to use the bath tub though :)
