Welcome to this spacious 5 bedroom 4 bath home. You will find a main floor game room outfitted with a new slate pool table, giant connect four and numerous other games the family can enjoy. This home has a beautiful kitchen with an open concept making it easy to entertain friends and family. The covered patio overlooks the fire pit and where Wixom lake used to be.
On the second floor you will find the master suite with its expansive walk-in closet and marble tiled shower.

The space
This home offers a unique opportunity for friends and family to go on vacation with each-other, stay under one roof, and still allows everybody to have their own space.

This home will check every box from a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops to the 75” tv in the living room. The wifi enabled nest thermostat and door locks will help simplify your stay.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house including the two car attached garage.

Excellent stay with beautiful sunrise views. The kitchen is great for gathering with a large couch in the living room. Having 2 refrigerators and tons of storage was an amazing plus. Communication was beyond great - every question was answered very quickly. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Amazing house!! Great for large families

We had a wonderful stay! We had 3 families with children and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and visit. The house was very clean and well stocked. It had many activities and games for all ages. The hosts were great with communication and were quick to respond to questions and needs! Would definitely stay at this house in the future.

Weekend retreat

The property was very clean and ready for check in. Jake was exceptionally fast in responding to any of our questions and both check in and check out were very simple. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals and we used the grill outside. When the dam is restored and the lake refilled this will be a perfect getaway.

Fun and Relaxing for the Whole Family!

The property came with so many thoughtful amenities and was comfortable and private. We loved that there was so many games to play and space for everyone to hang out. The property owner was responsive and friendly and we met some cool and friendly neighbors. We’ll be back!

There was so much thought put into a comfortable stay for guests: brand new reading glasses, paper plates, paper bowls, disposable overate, great seduction of dishes, pots, pans, extra towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, coffee, ice bags, soaps, shampoo and more. The communication with Jake was excellent! We are coming back in the spring. Close enough for us to go see the Tahquamenon Falls, Dow Gardens, Whitefish Point, Mackinac bridge and our favorite was The Mouth of Two Hearted River State State Forest Beach.

Definitely will be back

The place was great. Was everything we were looking for and more. The old lake bed was a treasure of shells, kids dug out there for hours. There is a small community park with swing sets and more sand. The kids were in digger heaven. House has TONS of games, the kids fell in love with bop it. Felt very safe. The house is closer to 28 minutes to Dow gardens.

Lake Side Retreat

Booked for proximity to Sanford/Midland MI area. Clean update property. Property host is very accommodating, we noticed no grill and a brand new grill was delivered the next day and was set up. You could sleep 9 very comfortably, even though we only had 4-6. Outside patio lends itself to entertaining, big six person table and seating for 4 at the propane fire pit. Would definitely book again for a to the area…just a bummer Wixom Lake dam burst and it won’t be repaired until 2024 at the earliest. Very spacious and set up to entertain!!
