Ce condo de deux chambres est l'une de nos unités les plus proches de l'historique Main Street. Vous pourrez facilement accéder à l'ascenseur Quicksilver sur le pic 9 aprÚs une 150 m à pied. Ce condo offre un plan d'étage à deux niveaux avec un mobilier rustique et des plafonds voûtés. Great location!

This is a great location! Steps from Main Street. This place was cozy and overall nice! The hot tub was larger than expected and very private. Only downside was the beds are VERY firm, but overall the long weekend stay was great!

Amazingly easy!

The location is not only perfect to the mountain, but also just so convenient to be above Base Mountain ski shop. We rented our equipment there at a discount since we were staying in the building, and they kept it each night which was so convenient. Everything from check in (which we were able to do early, at 1pm) to checkout was just so easy. The hot tub on the balcony was such a nice touch. It’s really a perfect place for a family of 4. We will definitely stay again!

BRECK TRIP

Location was amazing. Downstairs bathroom was not up to par. Shower did not work properly and extra towel under sink were dirty and moldy. Black mold was growing under cabinet where extra towels were located.

Didn’t want to leave

Such a beautiful place with wonderful management. They were there at the drop of a hat. Great western lodging is awesome. Will be back in two weeks :)

Rooms were clean! Hot was good. I thought the temperature was good, my thought it was too hot. Odd how one jet cycles on/off for circulation.Parking was good. Ramp was interesting with my truck.Wish we could have stayed longer.A couple of maintenance issues I noticed: Fan remote is broken. Smoke detectors may need updating (I'm an Electrical Contractor, so I've installed hundreds of them). A window in the front room doesn't close completely. The dishwasher doesn't open because of handle on the range (Odd).

Great location

Small although perfect for two people. Two couples might get a little tight although some privacy w bedrooms on separate levels. Card keys seemed very moody and at one point had to wait for property manager to let us in which was frustrating. Best part is location....great access to downtown and easy short walks to lifts. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location hallway needs work

Great spot good unit and nice people just replace the spots and dirty carpet in building hallway and paint so it seems more updated. Weed smokers don’t help !! Maybe post a sign to keep the skunk smells down ! would stay again !

Great Location & Friendly Staff

The location of this place is really almost perfect. You are less than one block from stepping right onto Main St where all the shops, restaurants and fun are located. When we checked-in and went to our condo, there was one issue with a window (opened and the mechanism was broke). Called the property manager and within 15 minutes, the maintenance staff showed up and resolved the issue. Maintenance (Ben) also cleared the snow from around the private hot tub for us and made sure we were happy with everything. Great stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

December 2016 Stay

The condo fully met our expectations. Great location - very close to the lifts, ski school, ski rentals, Main street with bars, shops and restaurants. Located on two levels, the condo was comfortable for 2 families - 4 adults and 2 kids. Spacious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice private jacuzzi. Quiet - faces the backside, not the main road. A few minor drawbacks: - the property lacks heated ski storage so you need to bring ski boots home and leave the skis either on the garage level or valet check them in the rental shop located in the same building (not too cumbersome, but you may want to leave tips to the rental shop staff) - slow internet (good for surfing, not media content) - wine glasses could be better.

Pros: Clean, hot tub, walkable to Main Street, and spacious Cons: carbon monoxide detector was beeping, the property manager said they would send someone and never did. Eventually just took batteries out and assumed it was from that, and not a presence of carbon monoxide. Finding the property and the parking garage was a bit challenging. A bathroom drawer was broken off and laying on the floor. A screen was broken. Garbage disposal smelled.

Will not stay again management not worth the fees

First you are only allowed one parking place and if you have a Thule it may not fit in the garage this all needs to be in the listing. We had to pay additional parking for our second car because management never got back to us, when we arrived to ask he was a little condescending and didn’t have a try to solve attitude. Hot tub is not serviced after every visit as the claim, we ran the jets and had to turn them off because it turned into a bubble bath. That’s a chemical issue. Was not thrilled with the management company and would not stay here again. Heat thermostat was strange, they need to update the thermostat. I would say the bathroom floors were nice as they were heated.

Hot tub was awesome but condo needed updating.

Location and hot tub was the best part of our stay. Condo could use a new coat of paint and carpet. The refrigerator didn’t work upon arrival and half of our food went bad before maintenance could come out and fix it on the third day of our stay. Overall our experience was good. We have stayed at other condos in Breckenridge that the property management has that are in better condition and would seek one of those before returning to this complex.

Great property

Park Ave Lofts is in a perfect location, close to base lift for Peak 9 and Main Street. Super convenient ski valet service for guests. The parking was awesome. Hot tub fabulous. Just a great experience all around. Will definitely look to book this place again.

Beautiful Home

Had a great weekend in the mountains here. Highlights were definitely the private hot tub, and proximity to downtown. Would definitely stay again.
