Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with laundry in the basement. The eclectic and stylish lobby of the apartment building is an added bonus! WIFI with smart TV, and full kitchen. Welcome!
This apartment has 500 sqft of living space with the stylish décor with memory foam mattress, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace. It also has a hardwood flooring.
Guest will be able to use entire apartment. Besides apartment, guest will have access to lobby area with coffee bar and additional work tables. Guest will also have access to gated backyard.
This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby.
1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with the Govt Issued ID and CC for incidentals (Airbnb Guest`s CC not required) 6. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK 7. Check-in will take place at our sister property, The WestEnd Hotel, located at 4215 Lindell Blvd. St Louis, Mo 63108.
8. Our complementary garage parking is also located at our sister property (10-15 Minutes Walk). Alternatively, you can park on the street it is metered (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday and holidays)
Pet Rules 1. There is $25 per pet fee per stay. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $150 per pet per month. 2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation 3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas.
Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance.
