Palisade Orchard Getaway

Come experience orchard living at its finest with many local wineries close by. At the farmers market you will find Palisade peaches and other fruits and produce every Sunday during the summer months. Activities include attending one of our many festivals, floating the river, mountain biking, hiking, fishing on the Grand Mesa and exploring the Colorado National Monument. Enjoy the backyard deck with fire pit.

A home to relax with a screened in front porch, a large backyard with great views all around with a large fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your evenings around a fire pit with firewood supplied and a gas barbecue is available for your use. Owners may be staying on surrounding acreage due to upkeep of orchard.

Entire house is yours. Garage and hot tub are not available.

Owners may be on premises to maintain the orchard.

Very nice, well stocked property. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property if you are in the Palisade or Grand Junction area.

Enjoyable Stay

Visited over two days. Enjoyed the outside space a lot and the rooms and home was larger than it looked online. Close to several nice wineries. Easy starting point for when we headed to Colorado National Monument. Well stocked.

Great time in Palisade!

This property was so well appointed and maintained. The towels and beds were so comfortable and there was not a shortage of anything. We rented bicycles and biked to several wineries and a cidery easily in the area. Would absolutely stay at this property again! Amazing views and we had no complaints.

Fantastic weekend in Palisade! Best views here!

Fantastic house for our weekend getaway to Palisade - super close to tons of wineries and the downtown area. The house was pristine inside and out, and we spent a lot of time hanging on the awesome back patio! Donna was super quick to respond on any questions too. Would recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic place for a girls weekend

The property was located in a beautiful setting right on an orchard. Everything inside brand new. The outside is very well manicured. These hosts took the time to put in a ton of great owner touches i.e. hot tub towels, coffee creamer, plenty of wine glasses ;) Would definitely stay here again

Wow! Amazing property. Location is gorgeous, relaxing yet close to wineries and entertainment. Excellent condition with many upgrades, appointed generously! Smells clean and fresh, made for comfortable stay. Only add, the pictures don't do it justice!! Thank you!!

Happy Hour Ladies Weekend Away!

There were 9 of us women on a weekend away and we absolutely enjoyed this property. The home was spacious, comfortable, very clean, beautiful decor and the beds were comfy. We didn't get to enjoy the super cute enclosed patio in the front, but we did enjoy the hot tub and outdoor time by the fire. The owner responded quickly to the minimal inquiries we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous home in a fabulous location

This home is CLEAN and ORGANIZED, which is a huge must for me. The moment you walk in you just know you picked the right home. The backyard patio and firepit were fabulous as well as the morning sunroom when it was still just a tad too chilly to be out back. Donna offered coffee creamers and bath essentials which I really love when using a vrbo. Those tend to be the items that I forget. Our family was in town for our sons wedding at Restoration Vineyards which was just up the road and so it all worked out perfectly. We will definitely try and stay here again when we return.
