Brand new 2 bedroom condo - Bienvenido Red Phoenix

Bienvenido to el Red Phoenix - this beautiful home away from home features 2 beds 2 baths. Brand new construction!! with an amazing view. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Right in front there is a huge park that offers, basketball and tenis court, two different playgrounds, beautiful walking trail and grills. Only 20 min from DIA, near highways that gives you the opportunity to be in downtown Denver in between 30min.

Our sweet Red Phoenix offers everything you need for a getaway! While stylish this condo is super cozy - we have 2 comfy queen beds and two full baths (both have a very spacious tub)! Our kitchen is very well equipped if you wish a home cook meal! Near our condo there a variety of restaurants and places to hangout! If you wish to stay longer with us - we have a washer and dryer for you to use.

PARKING

Guest will have to park across the street. Please make sure you do NOT park in any other reserved spot or visitor spots. Otherwise, you could get towed and that will be your expense.

SELF CHECK-IN

Guest will be able to enjoy the privacy of the entire condo as we offer self check in with a unique code. ** Please be aware - We do have a ring door bell with camera and we do monitor check in through there, so make sure you reservation has the correct number of people as we DO NOT allow extra guest.


ADDITIONAL RULES

Please remove your shoes before getting to the condo. This condo is NOT 420 friendly. Absolutely not smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment.

Please not extra guest during the day or night. Quiet hrs after 10PM - NO parties allowed.

We are pet friendly condo - Max 2 pets (small breeds only) - house trained preferred. We do kindly ask not to leave pets unattended and on furniture.

Comfortable Stay

We had a great stay at Red Phoenix. Clean and comfortable, quiet, perfect location for our needs this trip. Worked very well for the two of us, and appreciated the welcome basket with coffee, granola bars, etc. Only thing is a toaster would have been nice. Owner is responsive, good communication.

A lovely, quiet place to stay

A very clean place to stay in a very quiet neighborhood. An excellent choice if you need two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a well maintained park across the street the locals like to jog at. It's about less than 5 minutes drive away from a shopping center to the west that has a DC fast charger (CCS1, for those who might be driving an EV).

Two very nice bathrooms! It’s so nice for a two bedroom to have two full bathrooms. The condo is very well done, comfortable and efficient.

The place was great, my parents never stayed at a VRBO before and they really liked this one!

My parents and I really enjoyed this condo. We felt it was just right for us, the rooms were good, really cool to wake up to your own kitchen and relax in the living room when needed. We really enjoyed this condo, it was in a really good location as well. The landlord or whoever was in charge of this condo was up to date with everything and showed really good customer service and concerns.

Overall good experience. Kitchen was sparse compared to others I've been to. For example, no cutting board. Property manager responded quickly to questions and check in,/checkout was simple. Location was good. Area was quiet.

Good space for 4 people. The condo has all the basics for day to day living. If I was to return, I’d bring an extra pillow and blanket. It’s a condo community so you do have neighbor noise.

The description of the unit is a bit misleading. It's certainly not new, but it is clean. Not well furnished and rather uncomfortable. The owner communicates well and quickly.
